Brian Bergstrom was so curtious and helpful in my decision making as to what to do with my garage door. I recently lost my husband so I wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order before I go into the winter months. Brian gave me 3 options and I chose the second option which I feel very comfortable with. I called to make the appointment in the morning and Brian came in the late afternoon on the same day. I would deffinately call Precision again judging by this experience.

He also gave me suggestion to get second opinion or get estimate from other company if I wanted. Very honest person, did not push me to get the work done from him only. Your technician, James Magaard, came to my house yesterday to look at my garage door opener, which was malfunctioning. Not only did James diagnose and fix the problem, he went above and beyond, inspecting the garage door, rails, and track. He even straightened out one of the rails, and greased the track, so the door would open and shut with less noise. James was informative and friendly. A total pro! I heard about Precision Garage Door on the Garage Logic podcast, and would whole-heartedly endorse them!

My sister recommend Precision as they have used the company several times. The service tech was very thorough with the explanation of what the problem was and what was needed to repair/replace our garage door opener, springs, cables, etc. We are very happy with the service and the end result. He was highly informative and knowledgeable. He was able to do a thorough walk-through of his assessment and what needed to be done today and what could wait. I highly recommend their services. Had them out to fix a broken spring, tech inspected everything and took photos and made recommendations on issues that should be addressed. No pressure to do anything other than the repair the spring. We will use them again to get some of the other work done. Prices were reasonable.

Jae Gnibus called said he was on the way after the company gave me a two hour arrival range He diagnosed the problems, explained what to do and the cost He did a fast and excellent job and then showed me everything Great job by Jae and the entire company If ever needed help again they would be my first call.

The technician called to advise me of his expected arrival. Upon arrival he was friendly and polite. I showed him the problem and after he completed his inspection he gave me a quote. Work was completed in approximately 30 minutes. I was happy with the result and considered the price reasonable.

If you ever need ur garage door fixed do not use this company. They will overcharge you. Technicians are fabulous. Company rips people off. They wave the $75 service fee if you use them but charge a minimum of $215. I had my cables replaced on my garage door. They charged me $83 for the cables when you can buy a pair @loweshomeimprovement @homedepot @menardshomeimprovement for like $8.99 @precisiondoorusa bad company and worse manager customer service. #badbuisness
