Save yourself a headache and call these guys first, I wish I had! I called another local garage door company first to come out and inspect my garage door. When the tech from the other company arrived, he immediately told me I needed another new garage door opener, and gave me a steep quote. They then contacted me multiple times over a couple days until I found Precision Garage Door. The tech from Precision, Chad, came out (right away) and thoroughly inspected my garage door and my opener, and gently explained that I had a simple issue which he then fixed immediately. He also spent some time giving me pointers on how to keep my garage door operating smoothly and options for future repair needs that may likely arise. Adam arrived swiftly on a same-day call to repair our broken spring. He quickly assessed the entire system and provided a report with his recommendations. Their crew came out the next day fir a quote. Quote was higher than expected but they walked me through the "why's" and pointed out where the original installer used cheap parts. In some areas, the original installer didn't include parts. We bought out home out of foreclosure and figured the bank went cheap, this confirmed it. I felt as though we received a great deal from knowledgeable technicians and would have them back again when needed.

We were having an intermittent problem with the sensors. I thought perhaps the sensors were failing. I had checked the alignment, connectors, and cleanliness but the intermittency continued. Erik came on time and found the issue within 10 minutes. He also did the safety check and applied silicone lubricant to all moving parts. The opener is. Now operating like new.
