I needed someone to undertake a small repair on my garage doors. As I scrolled through the web. precision Doors seemed a good. I telephoned a spoke to a human not a voice activated response. She said I could have a technician within a few hours. I was also given the service charge ($85) and told I would be given a full cost quote before they start the work. The technician Chad arrived promptly and quickly ascertained the problem. He gave me an full cost quote and completed the work. Broke a spring on our garage door and were stuck with one vehicle in the garage and one out. Looked online for garage door repairs and Precision was the first to appear. Two things caught my eye when looking at the Precision info. First was the statement that someone would answer my call 24/7 and the second was the info said no additional charge for a weekend callout. I decided to call and the call was answered promptly. Precision said they could have someone come out on Sunday, between noon and 2 PM. Our Technician Ryan was there promptly on time. Ryan, our Technician, was great to work with. He pointed out a few additional items that needed attention and within an hour the door was fully operational and the additional items were repaired. Devon was our repair person. We had broken springs and was going out of town at 2:30pm. Devon showed up on time and told him we had a plane to catch. He said he would work as fast as he could and will do it right so we could catch our flight. He got it done perfectly and made our flight. Had off to Precision Garage Door for Hiring this person. I picked Precision because they had high ratings and I can see why. Tom Hartman is the person that came out and installed a new opener. He was very professional and tested my opener to actually see if I needed a new one. There were some things wrong and I decided to get a new one. He showed different models, what they would cost and let me decide which one to choose. He did not hurry the job, went through everything to make sure it worked properly, explained to me how everything worked. Very nice. K
