Just left a message with Precision. Aaron was absolutely FANTASTIC! He is probably the third or fourth tech I've had out, and while they were all excellent, Aaron by far is heads above the rest. On tis very hot, humid day he spent time in our stifling garage replacing a back up battery, tuning up the whole unit, and most importantly suggesting I replace the top bracket on the opener with a new one. Despite the extra cost when he showed me the new one couldn't believe the difference in size and pull strength. I'm so pleased. He mentioned he's only been with your company for three months. Better hold onto this one - he's just amazing and you want him to stay!!

Your technician Brock Fisher did a job repairing our garage door. He is a courtesy prior to arrival. He did a full inspection our door and explained his findings as he went. He finished the job, showed me the completed work and asked me if I was satisfied with the completed work or had any questions. A job well done and happy with the cost.

Great customer service, contacted them last night and they had a tech in my driveway by 8 am the next morning. Sean is a great tech, answered all my questions and then some. We had a working garage door again within a couple of hours and the work was excellent. New motor system is great and very quite, Sean suggested a few items that needed attention and he took care of them at a fair price. Five stars and two thumbs up from me.

Do your homework and check around before hiring them. Sure, they have a 24-hour line and will get out there. But, once they have you on the hook for the trip charge, they’ll charged twice as much as the next company. Sure enough, when I asked another company for a rough estimate on cost, he said it would be half the price of what was charged. I should have done my homework first.

I called and set up appointment to replace a broken spring. After the service person said hello, he said I see you are looking to replace your garage doors. I advised him all I wanted was to have the spring replaced. The person who took my appointment quoted $250 to $300 for the replacement of the spring on one door. Since they were coming out I also wanted the spring replaced on the other door. So $500 to $600 for the job. When the service person was done reviewing the doors he said the price with military discount for all of the things that needed to be done was $3,995. My door has only one spring. He said doors need two springs to be safe. Wow, single doors only need one spring and the other items he said I needed did not need to be replaced. I have been in the garage door industry for 40 years and this is the worst transaction I have ever seen!

We were honestly left with more questions than answers. They left, the garage door still didn’t work and they charged us $300. Didn’t take anything off until I asked. All they attempted to do was sell us a new garage door and opener. Pretty disappointed

Precision Garage Door installed 4 new garage doors on our home 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. The doors and openers work great and the design of the doors themselves fit perfectly with our house. Today, they came out for a regular maintenance visit and thoroughly checked all the doors, adjusted and lubricated them as necessary, and confirmed that everything still works great. The installers and maintenance technicians are professional, knowledgable, courteous, and on-time. The communication from the company is great and it's easy to schedule and track the technicians when they're on the way. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities.

Precision Garage Door Twin Cities replaced the springs for our garage door a few years ago. When the 20-year-old opener failed recently we called on them again. It was very easy to make a convenient appointment for the next day. The technician, Chad, was personable, professional, and experienced. He installed a new opener, controller, key pad and safety sensors. The quality of his work is a definite improvement compared to the previous installation. He also adjusted the torsion of the coil springs to provide smoother operation.
