Broken spring Saturday, appt made and repaired Sunday. Price was a little more than expected however Patrick's customer service and attention to detail made it well worth it. New springs, bearings and rollers. In and out about 90 minutes. Definitely recommend!!

Broken spring(s) on our garage door were completely repaired within just 3 hours of calling for service. Service technician Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. I also was impressed by the great communication via email & text messages.

My garage door was lying on top of my car. The tech, Jameson, arrived early, assessed the problems, and went to work as soon as another tech, Chad, could join him due to the weight of the door. They very carefully removed the door in sections and caused no further damage to my car which surprisingly had little damage, a tiny scratch in the paint where it landed. Jameson and Chad did an outstanding job of cleaning up and preparing the area for a new door, motor, and hardware to be installed this week. Punctual arrival within 2 hours was wonderful. I feared my car would be trapped for days. This is the second time I have called Precision Door Service, and I continue to sing the employees praises.

Quick, Friendly, Easy. Not sure what else to say the comprehensive 25 point inspection is clear and provides pictures of the topics being discussed. Heard about them from my next door neighbor and when my opener stopped working I called. The service guy came out explained everything, both what wasn't working properly and why! He was early and was at my home for about 2hrs! He inspected what I had and replaced everything that needed replacement and didn't try to convince me to replace more than I needed! I would highly recommend them.

We all know how it goes your garage breaks at 5:30 am never a convenient time right? By a little after 7am I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. When Rudy arrived he went Whoa!! yeah you have some issues an after a quick assessment he gave a me couple options with Quotes. After picking which route I wanted to go Rudy got to work and in a short amount of time everything was fixed! With all the new parts in its so much Quieter than before. Top notch service from all involved!!!
