Chuck was business like and very nice. He presented my options and gave me a review of my situation. I did not ask for an estimate of charges before a temporary fix as I needed help, was glad to have a reputable service man here and felt confident that he would fix the immediate problem. The price was, I think reasonable, but more than I expected. I now have a garage door that works well with a 1 year warranty. I could not open my collapsed door so I am very pleased with the timeliness of service. Thank you Chuck.

Scheduled me right away. They got to my house within 20 min or so. Fixed the problem and filled out estimate for more work that will need to be addressed. Unfortunately I've not been able to get copies of my invoice or the estimate. Still waiting!

My garage door was not working the way it should so call and said they could come out the next morning which they did. your service tech Pat Bendel came out and looked at it and explained what was wrong. After that I decided to go with a new door.

Pat, the technician, was very responsive to my questions and explained the recommendations he made. Although the cost was considerably more than expected, hopefully with the warranty it will prove to be worth it . They came to my house the same day I called too!

Our garage door cables broke (of course) the day before Thanksgiving. After getting back in town I thought the fix would be easy. Of course not. Called your company on Saturday to get someone out. To my surprise they were able to come out on Sunday! Made an appointment for 10 am. The guy was in and out in an hour. The door was all fixed! Only four stars for two reasons. He showed up at around 8:30 am. The other being a few nuts were not tightened on the brackets. Not a big deal but still...

I called needing same day service. My call was answered promptly and courteously. The technician or office emailed to tell me he was on his way. I appreciated the picture provided with the email. He was courteous, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and highly accommodating. I needed the repair of an opener bracket attachment to the door and purchased a number of items needing upgrades. I HIGHLY recommend Precision and will use them as needed in the future.

Quick service, called at 1:45 new springs installed by 2:45. Chuck was knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Door is working great. Price was a bit high $690 for two springs installed. I can buy these springs for $240, I'm sure your cost is less. When I called to make appointment I asked for ballpark estimate. I was told something like $225 installed. Well that was for one spring. I have two springs and a heavy door so my springs are more expensive. A couple simple questions for customers [i.e. # of springs and type of door] would allow you to give much better estimates.

One of the rollers came off the guide rail, and my garage door was stuck open. Didn’t feel like I could shop around and felt that precision was very pricey. That said they were able to get me in same day two hour window. Alec came at the start of it was very thorough. They do a complete check and gave me three options for service. The work was completed quickly and works just fine. One thing I forgot to mention is when they confirm the appointment it includs a picture of the technician,which I thought was a really nice touch.

Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and on time. Would’ve been a five star rating, but can only give 4 due to the extreme up charge on the springs that were replaced. Almost $600 for the pair, which I looked up the parts they were under $200 their cost.

Good job but I wished they would have asked me ( or I could have told them too ) how large the door was so they didn’t have to make another trip out with proper equipment and cables

Service and service tech were great! The only thing that I found to be disappointing was on the phone I described the issue and the person I spoke with said it was most likely a lube/tune-up appointment and that the $89 service fee would be waived if I went forward with the work. The fee wasn't waived because it wasn't a "repair" and that should've been explained to me up front.

The new garage door functions as specified. It is very smooth and quiet. Little concerned that the door was not aligned with the door frame. Looking at it from the inside of the garage the left side of the garage door aligns with the door frame and overlaps the door frame on the right side by about 1 1/2 inches appears to be offset to the right side of the garage door opening. Essentially the left side of the garage door does not overlap the door frame. The weather stripping is the only thing that overlaps the garage door on the left side. The functionality of the door doesn't seem to be compromised because of this.

I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.

Jason was the technician sent to repair our garage door. I offered him the chance to re-schedule because the weather was very cold. He said that wasn't a problem. He pointed out the repairs needed. We will have to decide which option we will pursue, but we won't proceed until we have warmer weather. We are able to manipulate the door manually. Jason represented your company in an exemplary manner. His explanations were clear and his work ethic seems exceptional.

In addition the technician stayed and did the work right then and there. The others all gave various reasons why the work could not be done for a few weeks. Great Service.
