Our garage door opener quit working and we haven't had our garage door serviced in a long time. I was able to quickly book Precision Garage doors online, on a Sunday for a Monday morning service call. Alex Williamson was awesome to work with. He was right on time, very helpful in explaining what we needed, he offered multiple options and he wasn't pushy. He was able to add a new garage door opener and fix the springs. Overall, we had a great experience. Ended up doing more work ( needed anyway soon) based off what info/ recommendations were given, but never under any pressure. Heard of your company on Garage Logic, many times. Came home at lunch Monday and garage wouldn’t open. Looked and saw spring was broken and door immobile. Called and setup appointment for Tuesday. Alex arrived right on schedule, assessed the situation, gave an estimate which I approved and went to work. Within an hour Alex had completed the job, replacing the springs, bearings and cables. All works well and the service was excellent.

I contacted Precision Garage Door yesterday afternoon. Alex from Precision Garage Door came first thing this morning. Inspected our doors, provided an estimate in advance of the work. A broken spring prevented the door from raising. He replaced the spring on that and another door in under 2 hours. Speedy, responsive, fair price, good work and friendly. A very good service!

I would highly recommend this company! I don’t typically write reviews, but felt it was appropriate here. I called and spoke with Lisa who was very helpful and got me scheduled for same day service. Alex was on time and was able to easily diagnose the issue and provide recommendations for resolution. The repairs were made right away and he was so helpful to show me how to manually open the garage door if I ever need to.

If I could leave a -49 review, I would. Or at least a Zero because that is what I received from this company for service and repair! It seems like if you don't get prices quoted to you over the phone before this company shows up to your property, they will write up 3 quotes for 3 times the price of an honest company for you to choose from (all without even stepping one foot on a ladder you have set up under your 8 foot door for them). At least you can give them the $49 of your hard earned money to leave and hire someone honest and still get your door fixed properly for way less money.

Very bad company—- trying to rip off people!!! Should get -100 stars. Why?—— I called on Saturday & talked to Mindy and I confirmed on the phone that the charge to replace broken garage cable with the total charge including labor $170+ tax . I asked her 3 times on the phone and she confirmed that. You can check the recording. BUT the guy came and pretended like it is a serious issue with the garage and told me it cost me $890 to replace JUST one broken cable, and other 2 options 1800 and 3000+…. They think I am stupid or what????!!! I will tell ALL people I know about this company. Now I just came to Home Depot to buy 2 cables $8.99 each and fix it myself!!!! It takes me not even half an hour…. SOOOOO TERRIBLE !!!!
