I don’t think this is the cheapest or most expensive company in town, but the quality of the parts and workmanship was great. I especially appreciated the time Adam, the technician, spent with me explaining how to properly maintain the door. He further explained the suggestion repairs so I could make an educated purchase. I would not hesitate hiring Precision. If you are going to repair your garage door, you should do it right the first time with quality parts.

Our spring broke on a Friday night and Precision had an opening on Saturday with no extra “rush” charge. Our technician, Shawn, did a great job. He was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He offered no-pressure suggestions that made a lot of sense and we followed through with. Even after noticing that our garage door was slightly uneven 2 days later, leaving a gap on one side, Precision sent Shawn back out that next morning, and once again we had a great experience with him.

Excellent and proficient service! Jonathon was right on time, listened to my description of what wasn't working, performed several tests on the motor, and recommended several fixes. I opted for a replacement of the whole motor and belt drive. He also commented favorably on the installation of the door (a different company) stating that it was excellent, professional work. And a very fair price for everything which he completed in less than an hour! Amazing and much appreciated.

Our journey began just days after our neighbor's garage door came off track... I haven't needed garage services up until this point, so I reached out to my neighbor to see want company they used. I had no hesitation to use Precision! I had done some troubleshooting on my own and some basic repairs, during that process found that 1 of 2 springs was broken, then found a cable starting to fray. When the technician Jae arrived I proceeded to tell them my findings and the work I had done. I got approval for the braces I added to the header board! He then gave options and explained everything thoroughly. He was timely and knowledgeable and even gave tips for annual care! The cost was reasonable for all of the parts replaced. We replaced both springs, both cables, upgraded to nylon rollers from the metal and exposed bearing rollers

Around 5:00pm my garage door broke and wouldn't close. I called a local company but they didn't have/offer emergency assistance. So I called Precision Garage Door and they sent some one out ASAP. He was at my house by 5:30pm. I thought I would have to sleep in my car for the night to protect not only my family but personal storage items as well. My Technician was Jonathan Zwart and he was AMAZING! Great customer service, friendly smile, & he knows what he's doing. I HIGHLY recommend Precision for ALL your garage door needs. GREAT/FAIR prices. They also provide weather strips and updated garage door openers. Give them a call first... You will NOT be disappointed. I'm glad I saw the commercial and made the call!
