We were honestly left with more questions than answers. They left, the garage door still didn’t work and they charged us $300. Didn’t take anything off until I asked. All they attempted to do was sell us a new garage door and opener. Pretty disappointed

Chuck showed up on time, and while checking things over he explained issues and offered explanations and solutions.. Among the reasons for being there was the garage door opener which he replaced; in hind sight, there was no discussion about the type of opener we wanted which we should have done. I set an appointment for just basic maintenance and check. The service technician, Brian, was very professional and explained and showed everything very clearly of what should be done but also what wasn't needed. I asked for a quote to install a new opener on the third garage door but Brian suggested why not just use one of the two existing that was most worn but still functional. Then he put a new one on the main, most used door. Two visits to our home, total repair time about 3.5 hours and we are very happy. Brian did a great job!

Paul did an excellent job fixing the broken spring on my garage door. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when the first set of springs he put on didn't work quite right, Paul made sure to make it right by removing them and installing a heavier set of springs. I will use Precision again if I have any other problems with my garage doors.
