Went to leave our house and a spring had broke. Scheduled an appointment at 3PM for 4PM-6PM that day, Brock showed up around 5PM, identified the issue and was able to give us choices for moving forward. We ended up having them replace our 15+ year old opener at the same time. Everything was super smooth and Brock was great to deal with!

The garage door was here when we moved in, so not sure how old it was... The sensors lights were not working correctly and the keypad outside the door wasn't working... We decided to call Precision and we are so glad we did... Everything was replaced and works like it's suppose to work... The price was a good deal also... We were honestly left with more questions than answers. They left, the garage door still didn’t work and they charged us $300. Didn’t take anything off until I asked. All they attempted to do was sell us a new garage door and opener. Pretty disappointed

Adam the tech arrived earlier than expected, but that worked perfect for me. Had me walk him through what was going on with the door. After that, I went back inside and he took a look at the door and provided me two quotes, one for a complete fix for everything he noticed, and one for what it would take to getting it running again. I chose the cheaper of the two, no problem at all or annoying upselling. He got to work and less than a half hour later he was finished. As a first time home owner getting my garage repaired for the first time, this was a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more.

Had a great experience with Precision! I had a spring break, so I scheduled an appointment online, which was super easy. Patrick, the tech, was great! He was super friendly, and awesome with my dog. He made sure to inform me about everything he recommended, items that were in-between, and ones that were still good. He was very honest and upfront. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the service, warranty, and quality of the components versus others I've had before was worth it.

I called on Thursday morning to find out if Precision Garage Door did tune ups, I just moved to the area and could tell that the garage doors haven't had any attention. Adam came out same day and get everything taken care of right away. I will recommend this company to my neighbors!
