Last year Precision installed our new garage door. They did an excellent job, even found the paint to match the other units in our townhomes. Yesterday I was having trouble with the garage door not closing. Within two hour of my call, Greg came and fixed the problem and explained why it was happening. Precision is the best!

I was told on the phone that pricing for replacing springs started at $250. When the tech looked over my door, everything was OK so all I needed was the springs, but now somehow the price had gone up to $700. Nice scam and I bet it works most of the time, but I got mine done for less than $400.

I trusted Lowe’s to replace and install new garage door the same as my old one. Lowe’s work with precision garage door service. Precision contact me and measure and take a pictures. After the measurement complete I got the estimate contacted precision office customer service representative her name is Alex told me to pay 40% $962.88 and I paid the 40%. After a couple days I make a phone call when will be installed but Alex she apologized and it will refund to my account and I have to pay to the Lowe’s She was new employee and no body train her properly.after I paid the full amount no body contact me even when will be installed after one week I make phone call to Lowe’s and the customer representative make phone call to precision left voice mail. After that precision person called me I gave all my information and he will get me back soon. After 20 min called me back and told me they will installed June 15. But they installed one layer garage door instead of 2 layer without my knowledge. I try to contact the precision garage door service still I didn’t get any answer. I don’t recommended Lowe’s and precision.

Precision Garage Door literally saved us from a garage full of snow after a "mishap" that broke the garage door. A significant MN snowstorm was predicted within 3 hours. Repair appeared within an hour and a half! Door was repaired until a more complete fix could be arranged. No judgments offered regarding the "mishap!"

Noah who installed the new opener was great - he explained things well and was very professional. The problem I had was trying to pair the opener to my f150 . After trying several times doing the procedure through Ford, LiftMaster and other online suggestions, I called Precision for suggestions or help from tech support. The response I got was, “I’ll have to talk to my manager and get back to you”, which never happened. My trucks system is called Car2U (vs Homelink) and the info I found states it should be compatible. Bye the way, LiftMasters manual is awful .

Precision has maintained our garage door since we needed a repair. Have been with you company ever since. Today, Chad came out to do the yearly maintenance to keep things running smoothly. All of the workers that have come to maintain the door have been professional and polite. They have gone over everything about the visit. Great group of guys. I had both light fixture sockets repaired on two of my door openers that weren't working. This wasn't an emergency but appreciated a less than 24 hrs. response time. Chad came on time, checked both doors for any problems and made written solutions for future problems that he noticed. Thank you for the "extra": he synched the garage opener to a different keypad inside my car (the present one wasn't working all the time)!

Chuck was very congenial, and, I'm sure, an expert. However, I was quoted something in the low $200s to replace the spring on our single garage door, but when he saw the door, the price went up to over $600. The customer service person did say "starting" at $200, but even after asking what it might be, did not indicate anything close to $600. I paid the $85 service fee (which is waived if they do the work) and thanked him for coming. Although I'm sure no one intends this, and I did explain what kind of door it is, it feels like a classic bait and switch.

Chad came out this morning to install a new garage opener and tuned up the garage door. I truly appreciate your company and Chads integrity and honesty while checking over the door. He never tried to sell us something we did not need and we are even getting a partial refund due to parts he told us that did not need to be replaced. He helped us set up the wi-fi on the phone and made sure all our questions were answered. Chad was a true professional. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who asks. Thanks!!!!
