Hello! I was so pleased with my entire experience with your company. Adam came out and did a great job inspecting everything with me, gave me a detailed quote and did a great job. I had a new opener installed and replaced the springs and rollers. My door works beautifully now, no more noise! Adam was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. Very friendly and up front with all costs.

The work they did on my garage door was done with care. They fixed the door as I asked them to fix. Everything went fine. The Price was reasonable. If I had more money at the time I would have had the other 3 doors done too. I am happy with the job. The guys were very friendly and explained everything that they were going to do before they started the job. Good job.

Adam was our service specialist for our tune- up today. He installed a reinforcement bracket on the door for better lift on the door and checked all parts of the door for wear and tear. He also lubricated all the wheels and bearings and the springs. Very thorough and answered all our questions. This companies professionalism shines through starting with office staff who sets up the appointment right through to the service specialist completing the job. Definitely will use Precision Garage Door again.

I received service for a broken garage door the day after I placed a service call. The technician Adam, called over an hour earlier than my appointment time and said he was ahead of schedule could he come to my location now. He put a quote together and showed me the problem involved and clearly explained what was required for the repair. He said the door was old and I should think about replacing it. He advised me of the cost of a replacement and completed my repair in an hour. He was polite, articulate, and made the repair a very positive experience.

Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the service we received.
