I saw your ad on TV. Fast and extremely efficient. Chad was very personable. It only took an hour and he programmed everything and completely cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Adam was our service specialist for our tune- up today. He installed a reinforcement bracket on the door for better lift on the door and checked all parts of the door for wear and tear. He also lubricated all the wheels and bearings and the springs. Very thorough and answered all our questions. This companies professionalism shines through starting with office staff who sets up the appointment right through to the service specialist completing the job. Definitely will use Precision Garage Door again.

Excellent job by Donovan at Precision on the installation he did a awesome job on paying attention to the small details. Office personnel were very prompt and helpful. Very quick turn around from us contacting them to having a new door installed. Would highly recommend them.

Technician Jon was early, very professional from beginning to finish. He showed pictures and explored three options while explaining what could happen if left as it was. When parts were taken off I was shown why they needed to be replaced. Rollers, torsion cables, end bearing plate, bottom bracket standard, vertical track, bottom weather seal. Done in a timely matter. Very highly recommended!

The good- you guys were very responsive and came out in a timely manner The bad- we got a quote for fixing the door and a quote for getting a new door. We needed to check with our association regarding what is and is not permitted. It took a few days to do that. After we checked I emailed the person who came out at the email address on his business card and asked if we could see a detailed breakdown of what went into the estimate (which seemed a bit high) We never heard back and so we have now moved on to another solution.
