Recently I had my second service call with Precision Door. They did a great job installing a new opener for me a few years back. I had a problem with the operation of my door recently and I had great experience. I called and the woman on the phone (I don't recall her name) was very attentive and helpful I was told a technician would be out that afternoon. Noah arrived at my house just an hour or so later. He looked at my issue and after determining it was minor, he called in to the office and was able to apply my $49 service call to maintenance at a later date. Great service, very fast, I appreciate all of Noah's help and will definitely keep Precision Door as my #1 "go-to" for garage doors.

Further, I do not pay attention to warranties, and pleasantly found out that some of the services on the garage door were covered from a prior service. My tech, Gregg Traylor, arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment window. He was highly professional. He completed a thorough examination of the door opener and took photos. Gregg gave a complete explanation of his findings and suggested remedies. The installation of a new opener was required. He started the work immediately and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. I didn't pay the invoice until he had reviewed the installation and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the completed work. Gregg's pleasant personality was a bonus.
