Excellent work however, so over price and felt that he wasn’t very honest. He gave me a “deal” on things that I mentioned were not important. He said that the repairs were focused on safety issues. A bottom weather seal was not mentioned I said not but either way it was install and charged $160. Overall pricing went too high.

Crew came out to replace trim/seal on both doors. They replaced it on the double door and when we got to the single door we experienced some operational issues with the door which we’ve had periodically in the past. Determined the spring needed to be replaced. Scheduled a tech to replace the spring(s) the next morning. While he was here we decided to replace springs and rollers on the double door also, both are 10 years old so it was time before going through another winter. Very good experience, tech was knowledgeable and hard working.

I ended up not using them. I called the day of my appointment to get some more information on the price of my broken spring replacement. The person on the phone stated springs replacement starts at $260 and goes up from there. I kept my appointment thinking it would be a bit more for both springs but never expected almost $900 when the guy showed up. Cost me a $49 trip charge. Seems like a revenue stream for them to tell people a lower price on the phone. Just be aware of this.

Called in a broken garage door issue on Sunday afternoon in the Mound area and was repaired same day. Sunday same day service with no extra emergency weekend trip charge - that's a wow! We had needed a new garage door opener for a while and had been putting it off. I decided to call Precision to set up a time to get a new one installed. I talked to a lady at 8:30 am about what we needed and she said she could have a technician to our house between 10:00-12:00 that same morning. I told here this wasn’t any kind of emergency to we were please it could get done so fast. The technician, whose name was Patrick, texted me telling us he was going to show up early which was great. He got here, explained the options and we made our decision. He was great at explaining the options we had and he gave a time estimate on how long it would take. He was spot on in the installation and took great time showing and teaching us how to use all the features of our new opener. We didn’t choose the cheapest option because we wanted the top of the line. We’d used Precision before, would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any repairs or a new garage door opener installation

Installation completed in a timely manner. We had a slight issue after installation with the framework of the garage opening and Patrick came back on site and addressed that as well. I rarely give 5/5 but in this case I think it is deserved.
