Hello, my name is Patrick. I was born in Washington State but was raised the majority of my childhood here in Minnesota. I spend a lot of my free time with my wife and little man. I enjoy anything outdoors and play baseball as it is my go to sport. I also enjoy golfing when I can. I look forward to assisting you with all your garage door needs!

Broken spring Saturday, appt made and repaired Sunday. Price was a little more than expected however Patrick's customer service and attention to detail made it well worth it. New springs, bearings and rollers. In and out about 90 minutes. Definitely recommend!!

The good- you guys were very responsive and came out in a timely manner The bad- we got a quote for fixing the door and a quote for getting a new door. We needed to check with our association regarding what is and is not permitted. It took a few days to do that. After we checked I emailed the person who came out at the email address on his business card and asked if we could see a detailed breakdown of what went into the estimate (which seemed a bit high) We never heard back and so we have now moved on to another solution.

My garage door spring broke at 9PM. I called Precision and spoke to a friendly service member who told me they could have a technician come out at 8AM the next morning. Patrick showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional and got underway with the inspections and quote. He had all tools and parts on hand to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman. I was impressed with him and Precision!!!
