The tech came and didn’t attempt to repair or even check what was wrong. He right away said it wasn’t fixable because of the older springs. He was more worried about writing up and estimate for over 4000.00 for a new door. I declined, went to you tube to troubleshoot if it was my springs. It wasn’t. I was able to get it working myself. I called for him to Fix not try and sell me a new door, or at least really legit try to fix 1st before he tried to make a sale. Wondering if he even knew how to do any kind of repair.

Came out at the appointed time. Did a complete inspection. Technicians were well informed and not pushy. Ended up being more than a broken spring that was in need of repair on those old garage doors. But they gave a fair estimate. I didn't do everything that was recommended, but I did the critical fail stuff. They talked with my husband before they started so he was OK with the higher price for all the things that needed to be done. Completed on time and on budget. The doors will probably now outlast our living in this house. The lifetime guarantee (while we own the house) was a good investment too in my mind. Happy to do business with this place.

We've used Precision Garage Door on several occasions, for both our primary home as well as a rental property. Last evening we had a component from our home Garage Door Opener break, leaving the door inoperable. I called Precision Door at approximately 10PM and conveyed our predicament to very receptive Operator. She understood the situation and would have someone get back to us first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door was very quick to respond, as I received a phone call shortly after 7AM this morning. I learned they were dispatching Patrick Rough to make the required repairs. Both my wife and I were pleased to hear that Patrick was assigned, as he has done work for us in the past and we've always been very happy with the work. I am extremely pleased to report that Patrick arrived within 90 minutes. He then diagnosed and completed the repair within about 10 minutes! It is Technicians like Patrick, backed by a Company committed to great customer service that keeps us coming back to Precision Garage Door!

It was the best experience, the tech did meet expectations and solve my problem with my 20 year old sectional garage door. It was fixed by reinforcing with 4 struts. It was necessary to replace the spring and the Lift Master. The job was finished quickly and now the door closes whisper quiet and so smoothly.

We also had questions about upgrading our opener since it was 10+ years old and had had some issues which he was also able to answer. This is a Soulless corporate rip off. My garage door stopped working 4 hours after a $1,000 repair. I can't close the door. The tech who did the repair left me his business 'card' that had a call center number on it, which is weird. Why would you have him give me a card with his name and a phone # if I couldn't actually get a hold of him? When I texted the number the tech used to call me in the morning, it said the number was not monitored which means you pay for a dialing service to connect me with the technician to keep a barrier between your workers and customers. When I called the call center for help, they said another department would be reaching out to schedule an appointment. When the "other department" never called me, I called back and was told I'll have to wait until tomorrow. This system of post sale deflection is by design. You have invested time, services, and planning to make it difficult to reach you, after you take my money. Why do you choose to operate this way? There was nothing local or personal about this experience. These business practices do not build trust. (even if your call center music says I can trust you)
