A spring broke on our 35 year old door. Not an emergency so scheduled service a few days out. Great communication by Precision, call from our tech Pat B. Poor to his arrival. Courteous fellow and knowledgeable and skilled. We decided to update/replace sme worn rollers, and Pat identified a rusted frozen bearing. Pat really did care about his work, you'd be pleased to see him! Good work doesn't come cheap, and we now have a nearly silent, properly operating door. From 35 years old to basically new. Thank you, Pat, and Precision. December 22, 2025
