In my spare time I like spending time with my family, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and doing DIY projects around my house. Thank you, Precision Garage Door and our technician Pat, for a job well done! All of our interactions with Pat and the team were professional, courteous, and informative. We had someone else come out initially to repair a broken cable and the system broke 2 days later. We had concerns about the prior quality and pricing and had Precision Garage Door take another look at things. Pat was incredibly helpful, very upfront on pricing and what needed to be done, talked about the warranty, and was super professional and trustworthy. We will come back to Precision Garage Door for any of our future needs!

The large spring on our garage door broke. Precision was able to come the next afternoon and fix it. The two service men were very polite and professional. The guy was nice and gave me plenty of details about my garage door. But the prices were not good. Way overpriced! And he told me the total would be $300 but it was over $350. He quoted me over $1300 to replace my springs too! I will not be recommending this company to anyone because of the highly inflated prices. Even when I called a few companies afterwards, they told me those prices sounded really high.

Pat was right on time for our appointment after 2 other companies failed to show up at all! He provided an extensive review, including pictures, of my garage door/system that was 24 years old. I did have a broken spring which was the reason for my appointment. After a review of everything that worn or a possible future issue with my garage doors, we discussed replacing both doors instead of repairing them...putting off future issues. I ended up going with 2 new insulated doors. I have been in sales for 30 years. I don't feel like I was "sold" into purchasing new doors instead of fixing my existing issues. Pat, our technician, never pushed one option over another but simply laid out my options and let me decide.
