Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job fixing our broken garage door and updating our other door while they were here. We had an issue where our cable broke on our single stall on a Sunday afternoon. They could have fixed it that day, but I waited until Monday to have them come out. They were available right away to help us. The technician, Pat, was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process and the options. Once I decided to update the cables, springs, and rollers on our broken door (and update a few rusty rollers on our other door just in case), Pat had all the parts available on his truck and finished the job on the spot. I would recommend Precision based on responsiveness, communication, and quality of work. They really came through for us!

The large spring on our garage door broke. Precision was able to come the next afternoon and fix it. The two service men were very polite and professional. The guy was nice and gave me plenty of details about my garage door. But the prices were not good. Way overpriced! And he told me the total would be $300 but it was over $350. He quoted me over $1300 to replace my springs too! I will not be recommending this company to anyone because of the highly inflated prices. Even when I called a few companies afterwards, they told me those prices sounded really high.

Pat was right on time for our appointment after 2 other companies failed to show up at all! He provided an extensive review, including pictures, of my garage door/system that was 24 years old. I did have a broken spring which was the reason for my appointment. After a review of everything that worn or a possible future issue with my garage doors, we discussed replacing both doors instead of repairing them...putting off future issues. I ended up going with 2 new insulated doors. I have been in sales for 30 years. I don't feel like I was "sold" into purchasing new doors instead of fixing my existing issues. Pat, our technician, never pushed one option over another but simply laid out my options and let me decide.
