I called today for help with getting our garage door remotes reprogrammed and for repairs to one of our garage doors. Precision was able to get a technician out the very same day! The technician, Shawn, completed an inspection of both garage doors and gave me a very thorough report of problems noted and also a very thorough estimate of all of the recommended work, broken down into several options so that I could choose what to proceed with now and what could be deferred. The estimate was very reasonable! Shawn was knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable, and got the job done in less than 2 hours. Our garage door is working properly, our remotes work, and we are happy campers. The entire experience with Precision was a positive one, and I will definitely use them again soon. Highly recommended!

FIRST RATE SERVICE. Professional, friendly and reliable. Greg was excellent. He inspected all aspects of the door and lifter and gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be done to tune it up and lessen the noise. He was realistic in his assessment and answered my questions completely and honestly about service alternatives. He explained everything well so I could decide what I wanted to do today and what I could defer until a later time. Then he went about his work and completed everything we had decided to do. I have used Precision before on my other garage door and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I have been impressed with their quality of service and my friends have been too.

Great customer service, contacted them last night and they had a tech in my driveway by 8 am the next morning. Sean is a great tech, answered all my questions and then some. We had a working garage door again within a couple of hours and the work was excellent. New motor system is great and very quite, Sean suggested a few items that needed attention and he took care of them at a fair price. Five stars and two thumbs up from me.

I’m still amazed by how seamless it was working with Precision. In truth, I’m writing it down because I still don’t quite believe it. My ancient belt drive finally called it a day and after an attempted home repair somehow made that worse, Precision had an appointment scheduled and the unit totally replaced in under two hours. Chad did an impeccable job installing the unit, replacing some bad wiring from the 20th century, and explaining everything clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect. The person on the phone who set up the appointment was similarly pleasant to work with and a consummate professional. I won’t even consider going with a company other than Precision for anything having to do with my garage in the future. Thanks!

The tech came and didn’t attempt to repair or even check what was wrong. He right away said it wasn’t fixable because of the older springs. He was more worried about writing up and estimate for over 4000.00 for a new door. I declined, went to you tube to troubleshoot if it was my springs. It wasn’t. I was able to get it working myself. I called for him to Fix not try and sell me a new door, or at least really legit try to fix 1st before he tried to make a sale. Wondering if he even knew how to do any kind of repair.

We've used Precision Garage Door on several occasions, for both our primary home as well as a rental property. Last evening we had a component from our home Garage Door Opener break, leaving the door inoperable. I called Precision Door at approximately 10PM and conveyed our predicament to very receptive Operator. She understood the situation and would have someone get back to us first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door was very quick to respond, as I received a phone call shortly after 7AM this morning. I learned they were dispatching Patrick Rough to make the required repairs. Both my wife and I were pleased to hear that Patrick was assigned, as he has done work for us in the past and we've always been very happy with the work. I am extremely pleased to report that Patrick arrived within 90 minutes. He then diagnosed and completed the repair within about 10 minutes! It is Technicians like Patrick, backed by a Company committed to great customer service that keeps us coming back to Precision Garage Door!

Our garage door repair with Shawn was excellent. He made adjustments in the travel setting for a persistent but intermittent issue with the door reversing after closing. He checked all other possible issues and assessed the condition of our 20 year old garage door and LiftMaster motor in addition to lubricating all moving parts of the door. This was the first time it was repaired. We are aware of issues that may develop in the future, especially in the Motor circuit board as it ages. We will certainly call Precision for any further work. Thank you again for solving this frustrating problem.

Our garage door (installed 1989) has been acting up a bit over the last few days. Today we thought we should get it checked out. I looked at the reviews for Precision and saw the great ratings and I now understand why! The woman who helped me on the phone was amazing. She got someone scheduled (today). Chuck our technician was fantastic. Excellent communication about arrival time, and explaining what was going on. This is a Soulless corporate rip off. My garage door stopped working 4 hours after a $1,000 repair. I can't close the door. The tech who did the repair left me his business 'card' that had a call center number on it, which is weird. Why would you have him give me a card with his name and a phone # if I couldn't actually get a hold of him? When I texted the number the tech used to call me in the morning, it said the number was not monitored which means you pay for a dialing service to connect me with the technician to keep a barrier between your workers and customers. When I called the call center for help, they said another department would be reaching out to schedule an appointment. When the "other department" never called me, I called back and was told I'll have to wait until tomorrow. This system of post sale deflection is by design. You have invested time, services, and planning to make it difficult to reach you, after you take my money. Why do you choose to operate this way? There was nothing local or personal about this experience. These business practices do not build trust. (even if your call center music says I can trust you)

Yours was the only company of 3 I called to get an emergency repair on a weekend. The technician, Brian, was able to come out earlier than scheduled and did a thorough inspection recommending several courses of action from safety concerns to a wishlist. Once we decided what to do he performed the work immediately and went over all the things he did and, again, recommending some small things we could do to keep the door functioning properly. He even gave us an extra garage door opener to keep in a bike bag.
