Crew came out to replace trim/seal on both doors. They replaced it on the double door and when we got to the single door we experienced some operational issues with the door which we’ve had periodically in the past. Determined the spring needed to be replaced. Scheduled a tech to replace the spring(s) the next morning. While he was here we decided to replace springs and rollers on the double door also, both are 10 years old so it was time before going through another winter. Very good experience, tech was knowledgeable and hard working.

Tech Gregg arrived as scheduled to provide a quote to replace our overhead garage door and opener. He explained the process and I picked out the door I wanted. Answer all my questions. I received a quote with no pressure. I decided to go with Precision Garage door. The door/opener were in stock and install within 2 days by install team-4. Installers arrived as scheduled. Answered my questions and explained the operation. With my experience I highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Shawn was outstanding. He figured out all of the many problems and fixed them all! He went above and beyond in service. He was so conscientious about the work and doing his best job. He inspected all the parts and found other problems that could be improved so they didn't fail later. He fixed things that other servicepeople would not have, in order to have the best working product at the end.

I called today for help with getting our garage door remotes reprogrammed and for repairs to one of our garage doors. Precision was able to get a technician out the very same day! The technician, Shawn, completed an inspection of both garage doors and gave me a very thorough report of problems noted and also a very thorough estimate of all of the recommended work, broken down into several options so that I could choose what to proceed with now and what could be deferred. The estimate was very reasonable! Shawn was knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable, and got the job done in less than 2 hours. Our garage door is working properly, our remotes work, and we are happy campers. The entire experience with Precision was a positive one, and I will definitely use them again soon. Highly recommended!

FIRST RATE SERVICE. Professional, friendly and reliable. Greg was excellent. He inspected all aspects of the door and lifter and gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be done to tune it up and lessen the noise. He was realistic in his assessment and answered my questions completely and honestly about service alternatives. He explained everything well so I could decide what I wanted to do today and what I could defer until a later time. Then he went about his work and completed everything we had decided to do. I have used Precision before on my other garage door and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I have been impressed with their quality of service and my friends have been too.

Your technician Brock Fisher did a job repairing our garage door. He is a courtesy prior to arrival. He did a full inspection our door and explained his findings as he went.
