We accidentally backed into our garage door and the bottom panel popped off its track, called a different company (A1 garage) they said we needed a new garage door within the first minute of looking at it and that they couldn’t repair it, all it was high pressure sales tactics I had a bad feeling that I that I called the wrong company and then called Precision Garage Door they came out in about an hour and they were able to repair what had happened and we saved thousands of dollars -Chuck was our technician and was great. So if you like great service and like to saving money highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Remarkably fast service. An appointment was available 6 hrs after I called. Patrick arrived at 4 pm, performed the inspection and was very clear about repairs and replacement options. We elected to replace our opener since the old one was almost 15 years old. The new opener offers a lot of security improvements that we really like. Patrick completed the work the same evening in less than 3 hrs from arriving. Thanks for a quick response, great installation, and friendly service!

Spring broke yesterday. We called this morning, and Jason was at the house within one hour. He checked out the door, did a thorough review of the work needed and the cost; and did not try to sell any unneeded work. He got to work quickly and was done within the time promised. The work was excellent, Jason was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. Will use Precision again.
