Spring broke yesterday. We called this morning, and Jason was at the house within one hour. He checked out the door, did a thorough review of the work needed and the cost; and did not try to sell any unneeded work. He got to work quickly and was done within the time promised. The work was excellent, Jason was friendly and polite and knew what he was doing. Will use Precision again.

Excellent website and it got me to the opener that I wanted. Duncan did an excellent job even though he told me it was his first installation of that model after I asked. When I get the vehicles programmed and the smart phones, I may have more comments on the opener itself.

They folks at Precision are great. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in the product selection process, which was very helpful to us. He and Rudy arrived as scheduled for a new door installation. They both showed up with awesome attitudes and smiles--we really appreciated that. They worked hard and got the install completed just as promised. The workmanship and product quality is outstanding and not surprisingly, compliments are frequent from friends and neighbors.
