This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage door repair and the second time I have been extremely pleased with the result. Their service technicians are highly trained and efficient. Further, I do not pay attention to warranties, and pleasantly found out that some of the services on the garage door were covered from a prior service. There is no reason to shop around for garage door installation or repairs. Just call them up.

My tech, Gregg Traylor, arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment window. He was highly professional. He completed a thorough examination of the door opener and took photos. Gregg gave a complete explanation of his findings and suggested remedies. The installation of a new opener was required. He started the work immediately and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. I didn't pay the invoice until he had reviewed the installation and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the completed work. Gregg's pleasant personality was a bonus.

It was the best experience, the tech did meet expectations and solve my problem with my 20 year old sectional garage door. It was fixed by reinforcing with 4 struts. It was necessary to replace the spring and the Lift Master. The job was finished quickly and now the door closes whisper quiet and so smoothly.

I was impressed when I called to make an appointment to get my garage door checked out/replaced & was told they'd come within a couple day. In today's world that's almost unheard of. The technician called as promised & did a great job. No pressure & an honest review of what he could do - answered all my questions & did a fantastic job.
