The work they did on my garage door was done with care. They fixed the door as I asked them to fix. Everything went fine. The Price was reasonable. If I had more money at the time I would have had the other 3 doors done too. I am happy with the job. The guys were very friendly and explained everything that they were going to do before they started the job. Good job.

The tech was even early for the appt!!! Very knowledge and courteous, Went over the whole door pointed out things that needed attention, repaired everything promptly and even gave me education on how to lube my door. Outstanding company to deal with, I give them a big thumbs up!!!

Branden and Brenden installed our doors this morning. I am pleased by the quality of their work and their insistence on quality materials. They found and issue with the doors and immediately advised us that they have ordered replacement parts. The doors operate well and assured us that they would be back with the replacement parts as soon as they arrive. They were communicative and friendly. I am also happy with their suggestions on frame improvements. We also had them install a new opener as one of our openers broke down the day before they arrived. It is easy for us to recommend Precision.

Mike did an excellent job with the spring repair! He arrived within 30 minutes of the service call, and replaced the spring in a very timely manner. The lady I talked to when I called to make an appointment was very helpful and kind. I was given a two-hour window of when the service tech would arrive. He called 30 min before he arrived, at the beginning of that window. I also was sent an email with the tech's name and picture on it so I could be assured who was knocking on my door. We made the appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and the tech arrived the next morning. The technician, Alex looked at my garage door to determine the repaires needed and gave me an estimate. It didn't take him long to complete repairs of replacing the sensors and cables. Then he lubed, adjusted, and tested the functioning of the door. I am vary pleased with the whole process. Friendly, punctual, and thorough service!

Travis did a great job installing my new opener and I love it! I got a brand new GD opener to replace my 17yo version plus maintenance on the track and rollers which were still good. While the service was a bit more expensive than I initially anticipated, I understood that quality repairs come at a cost.
