Have had Precision do work several years ago and they were fantastic. When the opener started acting strange we had them out again. I explained the problem and he didn't even have to look before he knew what it was and when we looked it was certainly the problem. It has also impacted several other areas and we are choosing to have them repaired now before we face multiple times of having smaller problems fixed. They are able to do the full repair one day from now and gave us a reasonable cost estimate with excellent warranties. Person who did inspection was fantastic, took pictures to show us issues, explained the issue and how it impacted our door issues, and explained what could be done now and what could wait. We chose the immediate repair of the issues because we did not want it to impact a motor issue in the future. This company is excellent and extremely reliable.

James and his colleague did a great job and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and excellent job of explaining what was needed. Fixed both doors and lubed up and double checked all rotors and replaced broken bearings. Sounds like brand new and great work on new seals for both doors. Impressed.

I received a coupon from Precision Door for their Spring Inspection and decided to have them perform the service since the garage door was only 18 months old and seemed to "squeak" when opening. Chuck immediately identified the issue and explained how the "rails" had shifted, creating unusual wear and tear. Here's the 5 Star review---he immediately told me to contact the company that had installed it to see if a warranty existed! He could straighten the rails back into alignment, but said the rollers and spring showed wear and tear of a 5 year old door. He said to see if I could get it totally covered. He then prepared a quote and detailed evaluation for what needed to be done. I truly appreciated his integrity, explanation, professionalism. A good reminder for why a Spring Inspection by a qualified technician saves a garage door.

The work they did on my garage door was done with care. They fixed the door as I asked them to fix. Everything went fine. The Price was reasonable. If I had more money at the time I would have had the other 3 doors done too. I am happy with the job. The guys were very friendly and explained everything that they were going to do before they started the job. Good job.

Branden and Brenden installed our doors this morning. I am pleased by the quality of their work and their insistence on quality materials. They found and issue with the doors and immediately advised us that they have ordered replacement parts. The doors operate well and assured us that they would be back with the replacement parts as soon as they arrive. They were communicative and friendly. I am also happy with their suggestions on frame improvements. We also had them install a new opener as one of our openers broke down the day before they arrived. The lady I talked to when I called to make an appointment was very helpful and kind. I was given a two-hour window of when the service tech would arrive. He called 30 min before he arrived, at the beginning of that window. I also was sent an email with the tech's name and picture on it so I could be assured who was knocking on my door. We made the appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and the tech arrived the next morning. The technician, Alex looked at my garage door to determine the repaires needed and gave me an estimate. It didn't take him long to complete repairs of replacing the sensors and cables. Then he lubed, adjusted, and tested the functioning of the door. I am vary pleased with the whole process. Friendly, punctual, and thorough service!
