Our garage door broke in the later afternoon. I called around and nobody could get out here until the morning. Both of our cars were stuck in the garage and we both had to work in the morning. Precision said they could get someone out in a couple of hours, they're technician, Colton was here in about 45 minutes. We had some major breakage, and he went over everything with us so there were no surprises. He fixed the door and we are very happy with the service. i think he should be commended on his service!

Precision did a beautiful job replacing all the components of the door - rollers, cable, etc. they also installed the lift master opener and the new myQ features make it easy versus having all the remotes. Nice when your expecting company and you can open your door from anywhere. Would highly recommend. I can tell you Jason was excellent, professional, timely, worked and cleaned up after himself. Excellent work!

Very timely...very professional...product is a bit pricey but I decided to trust the honesty of the sales person and then quality of the product he sold me....we have 2 other doors to replace eventually so hopefully and I am sure I will love this door and be in touch for the other 2....thank you for your customer service and friendly way!
