My garage door camper broke on a Sunday afternoon so I did a Google search and decided to call Precision Garage Door. They answered promptly on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and said I could fix the door or look into a new door due to rust issues. I opted for the new door option. The technician was super helpful and didn't try to upsell anything to me. The process was super smooth.

I contacted a technician to replace a broken torsion spring and extension spring on my garage door. After inspection, I was quoted $4,000 for repair and over $5,000 for a full door replacement with a 3–4 week wait. Due to extreme cold and pressure at the time, I signed the contract. Shortly after the technicians left, I attempted to cancel. However, no one could provide the names of the technicians who came to my home. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hours. I called more than ten times using different phone numbers with no response and also visited the Eden Prairie office, which was closed. I am very disappointed with the company’s lack of communication and business practices.

We had a broken spring on our garage door, so we called Precision. They had a technician out within a few hours to look at it. After the initial estimate, we decided to go with a new door. They had a install team out the next morning, and within 2 hours, the old door was gone and a new beautiful door was up.
