Came out at the appointed time. Did a complete inspection. Technicians were well informed and not pushy. Ended up being more than a broken spring that was in need of repair on those old garage doors. But they gave a fair estimate. I didn't do everything that was recommended, but I did the critical fail stuff. They talked with my husband before they started so he was OK with the higher price for all the things that needed to be done. Completed on time and on budget. The doors will probably now outlast our living in this house. The lifetime guarantee (while we own the house) was a good investment too in my mind. Happy to do business with this place.

Tech called to tell us he was available early, wanted to verify it was OK to arrive early. Listened to me explain the problem (opener was reversing after starting to close), then did a check on all aspects of the opener and the door. Presented us with a list of recommendations and costs. We decided to decline his recommendation to replace the rollers, and there was no pressure or push-back from him. He replaced the sensors, including moving the mounts from the rails to the garage door frame, lubed the hinges and replaced a broken hinge we hadn't noticed. The work was completed efficiently, at a price that was lower than we expected. We are satisfied customers, and would recommend without hesitation.
