Shawn Solberg arrived on time. I had my garage door replaced about 11 months ago. The bearing was making a loud banging noise when closing. This was very unusual but Shawn was persistent. He got it fixed. Works great. The best part was it was covered under warranty. No hassle. Thanks Precision!

Installer Brock came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me an estimate where he clearly explained what needed to be done. He fixed our problem quickly, and there was a lot of work to be done! Was completely impressed when I arrived home at how everything now worked smoothly. I highly recommend Precision! They fixed the tracks, springs and coils, and replaced the faulty opener.

Chuck was my repair professional and he was great. He arrived early, explained my options to me and explained what each one of them entailed. I choose the more expensive one that came with a warranty. He had everything he needed to do my repairs, and it took less than an hour. I would certainly recommend this company and Chuck. I at first wanted an estimate just to replace the bottom panel on my garage, but after consultation with my family I wanted an entire new door. Easy to get an appointment for Precision and for a tech to come out and "see" my current door; met my time needs/schedule. Nate Sanford came to review what I needed and what I wanted. He went over ALL points about the garage door I had and the difference between that and how a new door would be. He took a lot of measurements and pictures. I feel he did a real all in job! I got 2 estimates; one on a door similar to mine with insulation and the other with more. I asked for and "got" a Senior discount and I also had a coupon for purchasing a door from Precision. I needed to consider any purchase I would make so Nate left me a brochure and his card. I finally signed on with Precision and my door will be here in late June or early July!! I contacted two other TV well known companies and they did come out and measured but later I contacted them and informed them I did indeed want to go with an entire door; they did NOT follow through and never gave me any hand held information for me to review. I was not sure they wanted my business. I called Nate a few times after he gave me a bid and he answered all my questions. I believe that precision Garage Door and its staff are response to the needs of customers they serve and I look forward to getting my garage door from this company!!

My old garage door opener broke and could not be repaired, because it was too old and no replacement parts were available. Therefore, purchased a new Lift Master garage door opener, which the technician, Adam, installed in less than 1 hour. I called for service at 3:00, and by 4:00 Adam was at our house diagnosing the problem. Friendly, fast service. I highly recommend them.

Shawn thoroughly inspected not only the door which would not close properly, but our other three doors too. He was able to fix the door we were concerned about, and perform maintenance on all four doors, and replace worn or rusted cables on two of the doors. He explained everything he did and had photo documentation. He provided service on a Saturday morning which was very timely and convenient for us. We would highly recommend him. Superb service.

James and his colleague did a great job and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and excellent job of explaining what was needed. Fixed both doors and lubed up and double checked all rotors and replaced broken bearings. Sounds like brand new and great work on new seals for both doors. Impressed.

I received a coupon from Precision Door for their Spring Inspection and decided to have them perform the service since the garage door was only 18 months old and seemed to "squeak" when opening. Chuck immediately identified the issue and explained how the "rails" had shifted, creating unusual wear and tear. Here's the 5 Star review---he immediately told me to contact the company that had installed it to see if a warranty existed! He could straighten the rails back into alignment, but said the rollers and spring showed wear and tear of a 5 year old door. He said to see if I could get it totally covered. He then prepared a quote and detailed evaluation for what needed to be done. I truly appreciated his integrity, explanation, professionalism. A good reminder for why a Spring Inspection by a qualified technician saves a garage door.

Well, from my initial call to their call center, the follow-up appointment confirmation, with Tyler, from customer service, and the prompt arrival of Gregg, one of their service techs, it was abundantly clear to me that each one is a consummate professional that take pride in their slogan and the company they represent. Gregg diagnosed the issues with our door, made recommendations, got our door back to functional, and supported my choice to have our 20 year old garage door replaced, and with a military discount. Our garage door spring broke at 8pm, went online and booked an appointment for the next morning. The website was easy to use and made it easy to describe what was wrong. At 730am received at text and email with the technicians picture and bio, every service company should do this. Shawn then called about 15 minutes later to let me know he was 20 minutes out. He took pictures and inspected the whole garage door system, he showed me that was wrong and explained everything that was needed. With three choices of repair options, Shawn explained exactly what each one entailed and how much they each cost. The repair took about and hour and then he showed me what all he did. I would highly recommend Precision in the future to all my friends and family. I also really appreciated the fact that they offer a Veterans/Military discount. Great Job!
