The installation of a new garage door and opener was done exactly as I had hoped. Communication with the Precision team was easy, convenient and timely. The crew arrived on time, kept me informed of progress and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. I was given a demonstration of the features and maintenance suggestions before they left. The crew cleaned up after install and checked for any screws etc. which could have been dropped on the garage floor; preventing possible flat tires. I have found my go-to garage door installation and repair company. Thank You, Precision!!

Zac was excellent! He was very interactive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we were satisfied with his response. We liked how real he was with us. Punctual, friendly and professional. I requested services to reseal my garage doors, but the assessment revealed a need for additional work. I was given an explanation of the extra work and the consequences for either doing or not doing it. No pressure. I had all of the work completed and my garage doors are now more silent, and the resealing keeps out critters and leaves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and would use it again.

I cannot say enough good things about the technician (Chris Sleeper) that installed my opener. He was very friendly and efficient. He thoroughly explained the different amenities that came with the opener, and also walked me through the best way to maintain my doors. Precision was contracted through our home warranty service.Our appointment was scheduled for 12pm.Devon Nelson was the tech that did the service,he was very professional,and courteous, he called an hour and a half prior to our appointment and arrived at 11am ,and had the job done within the hour. I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door
