Our opener and several parts of the garage door were replaced in December. We submitted a review for that but both remote controls quit working within a couple of days of each other in July so we called for a technician. He came the same day we called. After checking everything, he agreed that there didn't appear to be a reason for the remotes to quit working so he reprogrammed the unit and tested everything thoroughly and showed me how to reprogram it. He was kind, thorough, and efficient.

Today I had a new garage door open installed and the technician Adam Mitchell was knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He arrived early which was great explained all the pricing and after completing the work Adam went over the installation and instructions pertaining to the new equipment installation. Precision OGDS was recommended to me by a friend who had recently had work done at his home by them. Everything he told me about the service he received was true. 1. Easy to schedule. 2. Arrived on time. Was scheduled to arrive between 8am-10am. I received a courtesy call at 7:30am on the day we were scheduled. The tech was there at 8:15am. Diagnosed the issue I'd been having for a year. Did NOT try to up sell me. Laid out 2 options and gave me quotes on both. 3. Replaced my old opener, wall pads & electronic eyes as requested. 4. The work was completed at 9:20am. 5. Alex explained the openers features, his companies and the manufactures warranties. Alex displayed professionalism, courtesy and common sense in his explanation's regarding my questions. 6. Cleaned up and disposed of old opener track and parts. After I ran into the garage door backing out this morning, our technician Jonathan arrived on time, (actually early) quickly evaluated evaluated the fix and presented me with several options. He was very thorough and explained all options very clearly. He was not doing a high pressure sell to do anything more than we wanted. He then rehung and fixed the door better than my expectations. We did a complete checkout at the end and he was on his way and I was happy. I will definitely contact Precision for our next garage door need.

Garage door was sometimes not going up. Problem got progressively worse and eventually door would not go up. Called Precision and because of cold weather had to wait for a few days before Jonathan could get here. He came this morning and in a relatively short time fixed the problem. He took the time to walk me thru how the door works and what he had done to fix the problem. Also let me know what I could to to keep the door working. Lastly he explained what kind of door I had and what to expect if the door springs needed replacement. He was very knowledgable and personable. THANKS

My garage door didn’t open last night so I googled repair and precision came up. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for next day. Josh was early and explained that I didn’t need a new opener which is what I feared just a motor. It turns out it was cracked not worn out which is odd. Anyway, Josh was wonderful give him a raise! Everyone I talked to was great.

The Repair was more than I anticipated but Devon and his partner did a very good job with the work they performed. They were on time, quick with their work and I think the door is working better than it ever has. Hopefully it lasts a long time which I think it will because they were very through with what they inspected and worked on.
