From the day of our consult to the day of install we were kept well informed of the process and lead time. The install went as we were expecting and the crew was extremely courteous and conducted themselves with a great level of professionalism. Chuck came out to look at our garage door and help assess the problems. He was prompt, professional and very experienced. At no time was there any pressure to buy anything. He provided honest feedback based on his experience and skillset. We did end up going with a new door as the cost to repair the existing 21 year old door just didn’t make financial sense.
