My technician was Erik Jergenson, and he was amazing! Precision Door sent him over right away to fix my door, and my opener needed to be replaced, he said it would take 40 minutes and he had it up and running in less time and it works great! He was extremely professional and also understanding of my need for social distancing due to my fears of the coronavirus.

We had a broken safety cable that was causing our door to go back up instead of closing. Erik came out and replace the cable. He even lubed the door and pulleys. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Erik for any garage door repairs.

Soon as Chuck, our service person came in he saw the main problem and after inspection told us all that needed to be done. Before any work was done he gave an estimate of the cost. We agreed and he was finished in less than half an hour. We were very satisfied with the job and were even eligible for a discount.
