Gregg, the technician, showed up on time, performed a completely analysis and provided a few options to get the door spring working. He did a great job explaining each option and did not pressure us into more expensive solutions. Service was completed in less than 1 hour and door works perfectly. This is the second door Precision has fixed and both experiences were great!

Shawn Solberg arrived on time. I had my garage door replaced about 11 months ago. The bearing was making a loud banging noise when closing. This was very unusual but Shawn was persistent. He got it fixed. Works great. The best part was it was covered under warranty. No hassle. Thanks Precision!

Had PGD come and replace a broken spring on my old wood garage door about 6 months ago. Door seemed heavy to me after awhile so they sent a tech out and warrantied a part and adjusted it at no charge. Both service techs were great and they stand behind their work! I have received an email for six days in a row asking for a review. My garage door spring broke. They came out same day. The cost was going to be $800. Plus I was told my rollers should be replaced with bearing type. If I wanted everything looked at and made proper, it would cost between $1500-2000. I got it repaired Monday by another firm for $380. The second firm lubed all the rollers, adjusted the door with the opener. Precision did however open the door so I could get my car out. I do not like being repeatedly asked for reviews, do this is what happens. Sometimes a phone call would be better, I know it sounds so old fashioned, but then this honest review would then not be all over Google.

They make sure and explain everything clearly and even thought they may or may not know clearly the circumstances, they make sure and offer all options and send thorough description of those options.
