Updated our garage with a new metal wood grain door with windows. It looks great, total installation only took 2.5 hrs. Installer was on time, and neat. Will definitely call on Precision if we need support in the future.

Technician Adam came out and replaced the springs and some other parts on the garage door. We requested a 8:00 appointment on a Sunday morning online and he was right on time. He accessed the work, gave us a quote and was all done in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Adam and Precision Door for anybody who’s looking for a great job!

Prompt, professional service.The technician, Chad, called to say he could arrive earlier than the time slot assigned if that would work for me. He assessed the problem and had all the parts with him to replace/fix the issue. No high pressure or scare tactics. I could tell after the first few minutes that I was dealing with the consummate professional. It was obvious thatJameson Leach has worked on hundreds if not thousands of garage doors in his career. The conditions were brutal with wind chills dropping into the -25 range but he got the job done and with a degree of perfection. In a word, one could say that Jameson did more than fixed my garage door that afternoon, he saved my family from a very painful experience.

I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Jamison. He explained exactly what was needed and and itemized the quote. To our surprise, he was able to straighten a part, so the actual price was $125 lower. We found him to be very honest. He reviewed what he had done and showed where to lubricate to avoid future trouble. Great job overall. Highly recommend!

Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He inspected our entire garage door and all components. He noticed wear on the cables, said our spring was in great shape and offered options for repair or replacement of our opener. He explained the costs and benefits of each. Since our door is 30 years old, we opted to replace the unit. He did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself, showed me how to operate the opener, and program our wall units, vehicle openers, and set up the My Q app.. Trust, Value, Quality and Service are the reasons I recommend them
