Shawn Solberg arrived on time. I had my garage door replaced about 11 months ago. The bearing was making a loud banging noise when closing. This was very unusual but Shawn was persistent. He got it fixed. Works great. The best part was it was covered under warranty. No hassle. Thanks Precision!

Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He inspected our entire garage door and all components. He noticed wear on the cables, said our spring was in great shape and offered options for repair or replacement of our opener. He explained the costs and benefits of each. Since our door is 30 years old, we opted to replace the unit. He did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself, showed me how to operate the opener, and program our wall units, vehicle openers, and set up the My Q app.. I could tell after the first few minutes that I was dealing with the consummate professional. It was obvious thatJameson Leach has worked on hundreds if not thousands of garage doors in his career. The conditions were brutal with wind chills dropping into the -25 range but he got the job done and with a degree of perfection.
