My garage door opener broke at 7pm on a Sunday evening. Precision Garage was at my home by 7:50am Monday morning. My technician Brian was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and laid out all of my options. I am a realtor and I will 100% be recommending them to all of my clients, friends and family!!

Alex showed up and I had a little issue with getting the garage door open with a broken spring. It was the only access to get in the garage. He didn't hesitate and found a way to get the door open . I was given a couple options and I chose just to have the springs replaced. Alex was very professional and had my garage door in working condition in a very reasonable time. My first thought was to repair it myself. Looking up what the parts were going to cost and the extra tools needed for the job plus my time. It was a easy decision to call a professional. Plus this was on Labor day.

I found Precision in one of those flier we get in the mail. It was for Excelsior but they cover most of the metro area. I was very pleased with the speed that Precision was able to get out and fix the garage door that was stuck in the open position. I was trying to get ready for the holidays and had a lot to do when we were stuck with the door problem. Jonathan got out to our place that very afternoon and was very thorough and fixed our problem very quickly and got me on my way. I was so thankful. I was very happy with the price too. Well worth it.

He diagnosed the problem and walked me through step by step of what would need to be fixed and laid it all out in the bid. My garage door cable broke because the bottom mounting plates were rusty. I called around midday on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment the next day (on Sunday) at noon. The technician (Patrick) was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He presented me with options for items that should be replaced, and he completed the work well within the time estimate he gave me. Precision Garage Door came highly recommended by my local hardware store and after using them, I understand why. They will be my go-to going forward.
