Just left a message with Precision. Aaron was absolutely FANTASTIC! He is probably the third or fourth tech I've had out, and while they were all excellent, Aaron by far is heads above the rest. On tis very hot, humid day he spent time in our stifling garage replacing a back up battery, tuning up the whole unit, and most importantly suggesting I replace the top bracket on the opener with a new one. Despite the extra cost when he showed me the new one couldn't believe the difference in size and pull strength. I'm so pleased. He mentioned he's only been with your company for three months. Better hold onto this one - he's just amazing and you want him to stay!!

Every aspect of our garage-door opener service was perfect. The speedy response time, the notice before the tech arrived, the installation and the follow-up. Our tech, Brock, was friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained the options and had everything he needed on the truck. Although the service was expensive, I believe it was a very good value for the price.

They replaced one spring 2021 and for $260 now they say its $380 and blame the increase on "COVID". He said that was pre-COVID well actually 2021 was not Pre-COVID that would have been 2019 or before. Asked for a detailed quote of labor and parts and they basically refused so I called another garage door company and they were able yo provide the quote over the phone. It's a spring just isn't that complicated. Why you would deliberately obscuring the prices is unprofessional and shouts "we are going to overcharge you".

I called Precision because they are an advertiser on the Garage Logic podcast. My 18'X8' doors' cable came off the jackshaft pulley on one side and the door was in danger of coming loose completely. I called precision at about 10:30 on Saturday morning and by 1:30 that same day, my technician Brian came to my house to get me fixed up. Prior to his arrival, I received a text from Brian / Precision with his picture on it, that was a nice touch. Brian was an awesome technician (and a GL'er) and took care of a decently long list of some minor and some not so minor issues I had with my door and opener. I have been a construction project manager for 36 years and know good service and capable people when I see them, and Precision has it all going on! I highly recommend Precision, you do get what you pay for. Erik Mahin.

My garage door spring broke at 9PM. I called Precision and spoke to a friendly service member who told me they could have a technician come out at 8AM the next morning. Patrick showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional and got underway with the inspections and quote. He had all tools and parts on hand to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman. I was impressed with him and Precision!!!

Just WOW!!! We called Precision Door when all of sudden our garage door failed to open on 12/20. I called them because of their ad on Garage Logic with Joe Schousaray. Within TWO HOURS Colton was here and gone after a thorough inspection, diagnosis of the status and problem, and a complete repair of the garage door. We couldn’t be more thrilled! Colton is an amazing employee for your company: kind, respectful, a pleasure to talk with, and an extremely accomplished technician. We loved his explanation with pictures and written explanation on his iPad. We had an email with all the copy of what was accomplished the second he walked out the door. I told Colton he was fantastic and that I’d be sending Joe an email for his Garage Logic podcast ad! We are so grateful for your wonderful work. Last Saturday, when I tried to shut my garage door it went down about a foot and then started beeping while it went back up. It had been rattling for a while, so I wasn’t overly surprised when it quit working. I called Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised when the could schedule me in the next day, which was a Sunday. Jameson Leach was the Servicemen that arrived and he got it quietly working again and then took the time to show me where to oil the tracks to keep it running smoothly. So far, so good. I would highly recommend this business.

Service and service tech were great! The only thing that I found to be disappointing was on the phone I described the issue and the person I spoke with said it was most likely a lube/tune-up appointment and that the $89 service fee would be waived if I went forward with the work. The fee wasn't waived because it wasn't a "repair" and that should've been explained to me up front.

Less than good news: It took over 2 months to get the parts needed to replace our garage door due to the current supply chain problems. Good news: The installer was very polite and professional AND he took the extra time required to improve our garage door opener garage door connection so the door would open with less noise and run more reliably.
