This was the first time I have ever given five stars for ANY review. Jonathan exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond by educating me on what the exact issue was and several cost effective solutions. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge of products and greatly appreciated Jonathan taking the time to explain things to me in a language I could understand. I never once felt taken advantage of or "talked down to". I cannot speak highly enough about Jonathan and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Precision, for sending Jonathan to my aide!

This household always looks for the BBB which makes us feel a little more secure in picking out who we want. The Precision Employee was friendly, on time for our appointment and knew what the problem was. It was fixed in reasonable time. If needed, we would use Precision again.

They came out to look at my garage door and charged me a service fee just to come out and said it would be waived if we proceeded like they were giving me a discount or something!! Then proceeded to tell me I needed this and that on a 5 year old garage door and the price of the springs was double anyone else trying to say they have special springs and cables they are all the same!! When they told me the price I said no way it was over $1100 for replacing springs?? I called a different place who has been in business longer and great reviews that don’t try to rip you off ! And for garage door springs and cables and new Rollers my price was less than half of the 1100 precision garage door tried to charge me!! I would like them to refund my money because that is crazy what they tried to charge me!!! So feel free to contact me precision garage as I am waiting on a manager to return my call!!!

After having multiple people out over the last few years, his professionalism and customer service was superior. I am an extremely pleased first time customer. Customer service was very friendly and was able to get a tech out with in an hour or so. The tech was very friendly and explained what needed to be fixed gave me a quote on the spot. It took him less than an hour to complete the work he made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. Thanks Alex and Precious Garage Door. You have a returning customer! I would highly recommend.

I always go to TrustVets.com for my home maintenance needs. It's the least I can do for those who have served. I was very pleased with the service. Alex was very friendly and explained everything to me that he would be doing to repair the garage door opener and the rollers on the door itself. He let me know the cost of everything before he began his work. He provided me with information on how to keep up the maintenance on the rollers too. Thank you for a job well done! The business cards that I brought to work have disappeared, so that should be a good sign!!
