This past Tuesday I spoke with a neighbor who told me that he had Precision Door Minnesota to his home to quiet a noisy garage door. He was most impressed with the service which prompted me to call Precision to address what we consider an irritatingly noisy garage door. James Magaard showed up this morning. James (Jim, Jamey?). He was impressively personable and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of our garage door, then went over it with me, pointing out components that were worn to the point that replacement was advisable, others that were slightly worn, but had good life left, and others that could be left as is for now. He provided two estimates for two different repair scenarios, along with pros and cons of each. Once I made a selection, he took approximately 45 minutes to undertake and complete the repairs, then went over with me what had been done, and made suggestions for ongoing home self-maintenance. The garage door is now quiet. I could hardly be more pleased and impressed with the Precision operation and with Jack as the firm's field representative.

Precision was my third call. I had first called two other companies that I had used in the past. The wait was a week from both. I went on line and looked for another company. After checking reviews I called Precision and was able to get a tech out the next day. Jason was right on time, very personable and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and had the door working in 20 minutes. The price was less than I expected and I also received a Military discount. I will put Precision on top of my list for any future repairs.
