Called late in the day---they came out next morning and had door torsion springs replaced in under 2 hours. Patrick did great job and explained the parts and process involved in the repair. 2 other contractors were out 2-3 days to come out.

We discovered one morning that our garage door spring had snapped, so we called Precision and were pleasantly surprised to have a technician out right at 8 AM. Pat Swenson arrived, inspected the door, and walked us through the issue and what needed to be fixed. He explained our options and provided recommendations based on our situation. Pat was very patient as I discussed the options with my wife and we decided how to move forward. He was easy to work with and happy to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Given the repairs needed, we ultimately decided to go with a completely new garage door. Pat took the time to walk us through all the components and door styles, helping us find an option that fit our budget and will make our house look significantly better. Not enough space here to share how well this company is run. Called them out of the blue to schedule an appointment to get a garage door estimate thinking it may be days or weeks out. They had one of their sales staff out the very same day and provided ample information and pricing. Our sale rep (Mike) was exceptional. We ended up signing a contract that day for two door replacements because we were so impressed with how well this company represents themselves. .
