We had a new garage opener installed to replace a 20 year old opener. The appointment was made for the next day over a phone call, and the Technician showed up right on time. Brian was very friendly, courteous, provided good information and listened to our thoughts and what we wanted. The installation was done in about an hour, just what he estimated, and he took the time to help program the outside key pad, show features and explain the new system. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the product, as well as Brian, who was a great workman. I would recommend Precision Garage Door if you need a new opener.

Three years ago to the day my garage door spring failed, which another company replaced. Three years later another snapped spring. Our garage door (installed 1989) has been acting up a bit over the last few days. Today we thought we should get it checked out. I looked at the reviews for Precision and saw the great ratings and I now understand why! The woman who helped me on the phone was amazing. She got someone scheduled (today). Chuck our technician was fantastic. Excellent communication about arrival time, and explaining what was going on. Gave us a couple of options for what absolutely needed to be done and what would be a good idea to fix right now. We ended up just getting it all done and everything was great. Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!

Patrick did an excellent job explaining the repairs we needed to our garage door. We also had questions about upgrading our opener since it was 10+ years old and had had some issues which he was also able to answer. He was able to complete the repairs to the door and install the new opener in the same visit. Both door and opener are now working great which is wonderful as we move into the winter ahead.
