Mike was on time (early actually) he diagnosed the problem with my 23 year old garage door opener...it was toast, gears sprocket and chain totally worn out. Now I've got a new unit that I can open and close from anywhere with my phone. Evan has a camera. Belt drive, whisper quiet compared to the old one. wWasn't cheap but what is these days. Installer Brock came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me an estimate where he clearly explained what needed to be done. He fixed our problem quickly, and there was a lot of work to be done! Mike was fabulous. He was prompt and listened to me explaining what was happening with the opening and closing of my garage door. We had spoken on the phone, and I had told him the issues. He asked if I had a green light and I mentioned no, just a yellow light. So, he told me to check and see if I could get a green light and if I did to call and cancel the appointment. I did green a green light but only when I played with the cord. So, I explained that to him when he arrived. Due to an electrical issue, I still wanted him to look at it and fix it if needed. He promptly got busy and had it fixed in no time. I was happy with what he did to get it fixed. Thank you, Mike, for the outstanding job.
