A spring broke on our 35 year old door. Not an emergency so scheduled service a few days out. Great communication by Precision, call from our tech Pat B. Poor to his arrival. Courteous fellow and knowledgeable and skilled. We decided to update/replace sme worn rollers, and Pat identified a rusted frozen bearing. Pat really did care about his work, you'd be pleased to see him! Good work doesn't come cheap, and we now have a nearly silent, properly operating door. From 35 years old to basically new. My tech, Gregg Traylor, arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment window. He was highly professional. He completed a thorough examination of the door opener and took photos. Gregg gave a complete explanation of his findings and suggested remedies. The installation of a new opener was required. He started the work immediately and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. I didn't pay the invoice until he had reviewed the installation and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the completed work. Gregg's pleasant personality was a bonus.
