I had both light fixture sockets repaired on two of my door openers that weren't working. This wasn't an emergency but appreciated a less than 24 hrs. response time. Chad came on time, checked both doors for any problems and made written solutions for future problems that he noticed. Thank you for the "extra": he synched the garage opener to a different keypad inside my car (the present one wasn't working all the time)!

I received a coupon from Precision Door for their Spring Inspection and decided to have them perform the service since the garage door was only 18 months old and seemed to "squeak" when opening. Chuck immediately identified the issue and explained how the "rails" had shifted, creating unusual wear and tear. Here's the 5 Star review---he immediately told me to contact the company that had installed it to see if a warranty existed! He could straighten the rails back into alignment, but said the rollers and spring showed wear and tear of a 5 year old door. He said to see if I could get it totally covered. He then prepared a quote and detailed evaluation for what needed to be done. I truly appreciated his integrity, explanation, professionalism. A good reminder for why a Spring Inspection by a qualified technician saves a garage door.

My garage door camper broke on a Sunday afternoon so I did a Google search and decided to call Precision Garage Door. They answered promptly on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and said I could fix the door or look into a new door due to rust issues. I opted for the new door option. The technician was super helpful and didn't try to upsell anything to me. The process was super smooth.

Well, from my initial call to their call center, the follow-up appointment confirmation, with Tyler, from customer service, and the prompt arrival of Gregg, one of their service techs, it was abundantly clear to me that each one is a consummate professional that take pride in their slogan and the company they represent. Our garage door spring broke at 8pm, went online and booked an appointment for the next morning. The website was easy to use and made it easy to describe what was wrong. At 730am received at text and email with the technicians picture and bio, every service company should do this. Shawn then called about 15 minutes later to let me know he was 20 minutes out. He took pictures and inspected the whole garage door system, he showed me that was wrong and explained everything that was needed. With three choices of repair options, Shawn explained exactly what each one entailed and how much they each cost. The repair took about and hour and then he showed me what all he did. I would highly recommend Precision in the future to all my friends and family. I also really appreciated the fact that they offer a Veterans/Military discount. Great Job!

We accidentally backed into our garage door and the bottom panel popped off its track, called a different company (A1 garage) they said we needed a new garage door within the first minute of looking at it and that they couldn’t repair it, all it was high pressure sales tactics I had a bad feeling that I that I called the wrong company and then called Precision Garage Door they came out in about an hour and they were able to repair what had happened and we saved thousands of dollars -Chuck was our technician and was great. So if you like great service and like to saving money highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our spring broke this morning and Adam had it fixed by mid afternoon. He was very personable and competetent. He changed cables under our warranty but also told me it was the wrong size springs installed by a previous company that caused the cables to deteriorate early. Now we have a lifetime warranty on our springs. Thank you, Adam.

Service was promptly provided within 20 minutes of my call. The tech arrived before 6:00pm. It appeared that screw became loose at the end of the aluminum track that the door rolls through. There was no damage to any electrical wire or sensors. The tech identified the problem and spent 15 minutes replacing the screw that was loose. Then the task was complete. This was a simple and effective repair. The garage door opener worked and the door closed just as it always has.

With the cold Minnesota winters, my garage door was frozen to the ground. I was unaware and when I went to open the garage door to leave for work, the door busted and the opener was unable to function anymore. I was having to manually open the garage door which isn't hard, but not a good time. I am a single woman who lives alone and don't know anyone who could help. I went to google and this was the first company to pop up for my area. I was able to make an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. There were many dates and times available to choose when it would work for me. I was given confirmation of the appointment at the time of scheduling, the day before the scheduled appointment, as well as about 30-60 minutes (I can't remember which) before the technician arrived. I also got a call from the technician as well who introduced himself as Chuck! Chuck was fantastic from beginning to end. He looked at what was going on with the garage door and was able to put together 3 separate options for me to choose from. He explained what each one was along with the cost as well as the long-term outcome from each option. After selecting the route, I wanted to go, he got to work! An hour or so later, I had a fully functioning garage door again! He explained to me what he had done as well. Garage doors aren't always pretty but he definitely gave mine a face lift! This was all about 3 weeks ago and I have not had any issues with the door at all. I had a wonderful experience from scheduling the appointment, being notified of technician arrival as well as the options and services that could be provided. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone and everyone who needs help with their garage door!
