Three years ago to the day my garage door spring failed, which another company replaced. Three years later another snapped spring. I decided to call another company and was on the schedule for a same day repair. Alex, the tech, did an inspection pointing out things that should have been replaced previously. Our garage door (installed 1989) has been acting up a bit over the last few days. Today we thought we should get it checked out. I looked at the reviews for Precision and saw the great ratings and I now understand why! The woman who helped me on the phone was amazing. She got someone scheduled (today). Chuck our technician was fantastic. Excellent communication about arrival time, and explaining what was going on. Gave us a couple of options for what absolutely needed to be done and what would be a good idea to fix right now. We ended up just getting it all done and everything was great. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends. Thanks so much.

Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!
