Meet The Owners

A business partnership created by two couples who have gone through many life experiences together throughout the years.

A friendship that began with neighbors; with both couples raising children in elementary school, they were friends from the start. Tom and Kristi Hartmon are native to the area. Tom’s extensive experience in the technical arena and Kristi’s background in customer service and marketing makes them a great team.

Craig and Erica met in Albuquerque, New Mexico and moved to the Midwest to raise their children. Craig is a US Army Veteran and an Entrepreneur at heart. Erica’s background is in marketing and office management.

With running a successful Precision Door franchise in Albuquerque under their belts, the Amundsons partnered up with the Hartmons in 2016 to offer the outstanding customer service provided by Precision Garage Door to the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin area. With quality employees and a focus on positive customer outcomes, Precision Garage Door continues to grow and change the way Garage Door Service is provided to our customers!

Giving Back To The Community

Precision Garage Door of Twin Cities is proud to lend a hand and give back to the community by supporting nonprofit organizations with the same care and dedication that it provides to its customers. At the Annual PDS National Meeting in October 2018, Precision Door Service franchises across the country joined together to raise $10,000 for the Special Olympics through an organized fundraising event. This donation will contribute towards the Special Olympics’ mission to provide opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities to participate in athletic activities and sporting events.
