Shawn thoroughly inspected not only the door which would not close properly, but our other three doors too. He was able to fix the door we were concerned about, and perform maintenance on all four doors, and replace worn or rusted cables on two of the doors. He explained everything he did and had photo documentation. He provided service on a Saturday morning which was very timely and convenient for us. We would highly recommend him. Superb service.

Can't speak highly enough about your team. From the consultation/design review with Chris to the installation with Donny, Precision really came through. Chris was very easy to deal with, knowledgable and promptly replied to any and all questions. It was like I've known the guy for years. Plus my dog liked him, which says alot! Donny was just a cool guy. Very polite, respectful and on time! He was organized and efficient. Post installation he reviewed operating instructions and basic programming, so we hit the ground running. Kudos to the whole Precision team for making my family's life a little bit easier, and it got my wife off my back. I would recommend your company to all who will listen!

The tech was courteous and professional and gave me a quote before beginning the work. The work was done in a timely fashion and is warrantied for 3 years.
