Troy was great! I called at 850 am and Troy was at my house by 10am. He was very thoughtful and showed us what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell a bunch of repairs. I would highly recommend Precision. They can give you an estimate on the phone. They fix garage doors and don't try to sell you a new door. Phone people and repairman very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are affordable. My old garage door runs like a new one again. They also guarantee their job for three years.
