Caden and his partner were very prompt, courteous, and professional. He sent a message introducing himself, and let me know when he would arrive. He explained everything they were going to do and the amount of time it would take. When complete, we went through the operation and maintenance. Asked if I had questions and said if anything came up please give them a call. I am happy we chose Precision door and would highly recommend them.

Installer Brock came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me an estimate where he clearly explained what needed to be done. He fixed our problem quickly, and there was a lot of work to be done! Was completely impressed when I arrived home at how everything now worked smoothly. I highly recommend Precision! They fixed the tracks, springs and coils, and replaced the faulty opener.

Bryce provided excellent service. Fantastic! Arrived on time, was polite, clear and concise on the work he was going to do. Installed our new opener AND went over our entire garage door making sure every bolt was tight. He then made sure the door operated whisper quiet. Bryce was awesome. Excellent customer service!!

I am pleased with Precision Garage Door response to my call for service. The repair man, Chuck was on time, maybe a few minutes early which is a big plus in my estimation. Chuck gave me a couple of repair options with prices to fix the damage on my door - another positive. The door was repaired very promptly. Overall I am very satisfied.

Our garage door spring broke at 8pm, went online and booked an appointment for the next morning. The website was easy to use and made it easy to describe what was wrong. At 730am received at text and email with the technicians picture and bio, every service company should do this. Shawn then called about 15 minutes later to let me know he was 20 minutes out. He took pictures and inspected the whole garage door system, he showed me that was wrong and explained everything that was needed. With three choices of repair options, Shawn explained exactly what each one entailed and how much they each cost. The repair took about and hour and then he showed me what all he did. I would highly recommend Precision in the future to all my friends and family. I also really appreciated the fact that they offer a Veterans/Military discount. Great Job!

Terrible experience. The garage repair guy was pushy, arrogant and rude. The garage door is not properly aligned and he was so bad I don’t want to ask him to come back to fix it.

Great service and quality explanation of what was going on. Just simply very expensive… I figured $800 was going to be a lot, but then was told $1,300. What can I say… you need a working garage door.

When the garage door clunks, cable rusts and snaps, and the contraption totally craps out, it’s a sad reality. I needed a new door, and Precision came quickly and assessed and installed a whole new door within a short time. They did a quick temporary fix and then the complete new system a week later. The new door looks good, is very quiet, and should take me to the sunset.
