My garage door wouldn’t go up without a bit of a nudge- from previous experience we knew that it was a coil or spring that needed to be tightened or perhaps the bearings needed to be oiled. After a 25 point Safety inspection and $45 later I was told we had a $17-$1900 repair. Haven’t seen a high pressured sales pitch that was so suave and fraudulent for a long time. Good thing common sense took over!

The new garage door functions as specified. It is very smooth and quiet. Little concerned that the door was not aligned with the door frame. Looking at it from the inside of the garage the left side of the garage door aligns with the door frame and overlaps the door frame on the right side by about 1 1/2 inches appears to be offset to the right side of the garage door opening. Essentially the left side of the garage door does not overlap the door frame. The weather stripping is the only thing that overlaps the garage door on the left side. The functionality of the door doesn't seem to be compromised because of this.

I called on a Saturday morning with a garage door opener in need of replacement thinking it would be scheduled for the following week, M-F. To my surprise they had a local tech, Eric, who could do the service later that same day. Eric arrived at the time he stated he would and was superb ... polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job ... no complaints, only kudos!
