I called for a quote to fix my torsion springs. The person said it was $250 per side which I still thought was high but they were responsive it could come out right away so I accepted that. The service tech arrived and went through what he said was a safety check. He was a super nice guy and then informed me that I needed a new center bearing because mine was plastic. I told him I never heard of a center bearing going out and how did he know it was bad. He told me it would be nearly $1,000 to fix the door two Springs and the bearing without even knowing if the bearing was bad. So I said you're telling me the bearing is nearly $500? Because I was quoted $500 for two Springs. At that point it was not worth debating it I told him I would pay the service fee and sent him on his way so in the end I still got screwed in the end out of 49 bucks.

My old garage door opener broke and could not be repaired, because it was too old and no replacement parts were available. Therefore, purchased a new Lift Master garage door opener, which the technician, Adam, installed in less than 1 hour. I called for service at 3:00, and by 4:00 Adam was at our house diagnosing the problem. Friendly, fast service. I highly recommend them.

I called needing same day service. My call was answered promptly and courteously. The technician or office emailed to tell me he was on his way. I appreciated the picture provided with the email. He was courteous, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and highly accommodating. I needed the repair of an opener bracket attachment to the door and purchased a number of items needing upgrades. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Adam listened to my explanation of what the opener/door were doing and then spent quality time examining the door both in its parts and in its movement. Of course, it would not act up today with the technician there. He made me feel comfortable with the current status of the door, and gave me a possible remedy if it should recur.

Found on internet search, reviews looked good so called. Appt next day on Sat. Received confirmation e-mail right away. Also sent picture of tech the next day and he called when on his way. Friendly, courteous was Jonathan the tech. Efficient, my choice as to what repair to choose was given with pictures and thorough explanation. Excellent and quick replacement of garage door opener. Spends, but price on par with other installers. Would highly recommend!

The service tech (Mike) came today and he was the best! He explained everything and answered all my questions honestly. He was courteous and professional. He didn't pressure me into buying anything and seemed sincere in taking care of what was needed today. They were quick to come out and even came earlier than scheduled. When I started having issues with the door, my son-in-law recommended Precision Door Service because he had a positive experience. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. Our technician communicated well about when he would arrive. Once he did arrive, he was friendly and professional. He was able to get me quote on the repair I needed, and also made some suggestions on some other things he thought should be taken care of, but was not pushy about doing the extra things. He was in and out in just over an hour. Very happy with the service.
