Precision Garage Door installed 4 new garage doors on our home 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. The doors and openers work great and the design of the doors themselves fit perfectly with our house. Today, they came out for a regular maintenance visit and thoroughly checked all the doors, adjusted and lubricated them as necessary, and confirmed that everything still works great. The installers and maintenance technicians are professional, knowledgable, courteous, and on-time. The communication from the company is great and it's easy to schedule and track the technicians when they're on the way. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities.

Great service from Precision Garage Door. Had a cable come off my door, which ended up bending a couple of the tracks. Technician was very professional -- did a thorough inspection with pictures and then gave me an estimate with a couple of different options at different price points. Completed the work (on a Saturday) in less than an hour, cleaned up well, and took photos of the repairs. Would definitely hire them again for garage door repair!

Technician Allen was great. I do have issues with pricing. You charge a $75 trip charge that is deducted from service if performed. I was invoiced $413 for 25 minutes of work! Labor- $250 (25 minutes) Fuel surcharge- $8 Torsion cable- $95 ($9 Amazon) Bottom Brackets- $85 ($15 Amazon) It's one thing to charge ridiculous mark-up on parts but to absolutely take advantage of customer with labor charges is bad business.

Because of COVIDVIRUS the lead time was longer then expected. I knew that would be the situation when I placed my order. The wait was certainly worth it. The two installers arrived on time. They called ½ hour prior to let me know they were on their way. We were in the middle of a huge snow storm but the install was perfect! Precision Door is an upstanding business to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be thinking about a new garage door. Thank you Josh and Erik(?) for a job well done.

A spring on our garage door broke and we did not realize it until trying to get the door open Friday, mid-day. First place I called could not be out until Monday at the earliest --- I called Precision and the tech was here approximately 70 minutes after I called. Fast (very fast) service at a reasonable price. Precision will be my first call if ever needed again.
