I have 8 properties in Woodbury and I exclusively used Precision for all of my garage door needs. I have every invoice from Precision over multiple past years. I had a 1 car garage door opener at a townhome that was having issues. The tech Gregg came out and said that the garage door opener needed to be replaced. He went on to give me a quote of $3,500 to replace all of it $3,200 to replace most parts and $2,800 to replace some. He was on speaker in my office so multiple people heard him. I called a competitor company and did it for $630. I went back to all invoices and I have never even came close to paying $3500 for an opener. I will never call Precision back to do any service, ever!

Very happy with the service from Precision. Received one day service for our functioning door. We needed a new weather strip and a general tune up. Pat explained the issues and options to correct the problems. Pat replaced cables,springs,bottom brackets,rollers and the damaged weather stripping. Strives was quick and fairly priced. Highly recommend Precision.

This afternoon I was cleaning up my back yard of leaves and around the garage floor and driveway by blowing leaves and debris clear of the area. Unfortunately while doing that a leaf apparently blocked the garage sensor. When I closed the garage doors it didn't work. I immediately called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to schedule someone this, Friday, afternoon. Alex Williamson, my technician, came early and quickly identified the problem, and resolved it. I was pleased to pay for the service call this afternoon and still most of the evening ahead of me. Alex did an excellent job, and I will happily recommend Precision Garage Door of Mpls and St. Paul, for any further service requirements. Thank you very much.

One year ago precision door replaced a failing door opener with a slick genie system. I needed help this year with learning how to raise the door during a power outage. Precision tech James Magaard to the rescue who patiently explained the technique to me. Good service twice. Thank you, Precision.

Alex did an excellent job. He replaced the garage door opener. The new one cost quite a bit more than I expected, but then, everything does lately. He also replaced the rusted rails and the deteriorating rollers. He didn't try to sell me anything that was unneeded. He explained the remotes and vacation setting and showed me how to set them. Alex also kindly set the remote button that is part of my car. I'd never been able to get that to work before. Everything works smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company and this technician.

Called Precision around 1030a regarding a door repair - they had an opening the same day!! Had a text by 130p that Service Tech Adam was in route. He diagnosed the issue, had the materials on his truck and completed the repair in less than 45 min. Was very nice and personable too!! Price was more than fair for the same day service and no extra charge!!

Great service. Technician Chuck was here 30 minutes after I called Precision Door. I had a broken spring and both vehicles were stuck inside. Chuck did a thorough inspection of all the hardware and had me choose what I wanted done. He got right to work and completed the job in 45 minutes.

I originally called your company for two reasons. 1) to get a small issue fixed and, 2) to continue my search for a better garage door repair company. The small but irritating issue was resolved quickly. I was then informed of two preventive maintenance or upgrades that he could do immediately that no other company, out of the many I have tried, ever suggested.
