We've had garage door springs fail numerous times, and based on multiple recommendations from members of our trusted Bible study group we contacted Precision Garage Door Service. Our experience with Precision was excellent. Chris Sleeper provided a thorough bid, along with advice and recommendations...and no pressure. After accepting the bid, the process went exactly as he described. I was notified when the door came in to their warehouse, an installation date/time was set, and I was notified when the installers were on the way to our house. They were efficient, friendly, polite and did an excellent job.

Very good service visit. Jameson showed up on time, he called before arriving to let me know he was coming. He explained everything to me, the existing door and hardware all looked good which is always good to hear. No big sales pitch, he just cleaned and tuned everything. James did a great job explaining the condition of our door and opener and what needed fixed now and what could wait if we wanted to hold off. Also clearly communicated the options and the pricing and did excellent work. At the end of the day we opted for a new opener install and replacement of all of our garage door parts, which gives us the peace of mind that we shouldn't have any garage door issues for many years.

Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. I originally called your company for two reasons. 1) to get a small issue fixed and, 2) to continue my search for a better garage door repair company. The small but irritating issue was resolved quickly. I was then informed of two preventive maintenance or upgrades that he could do immediately that no other company, out of the many I have tried, ever suggested. I didn't hesitate to go ahead with those. It is good to finally see that someone has taken the garage door repair business seriously. I have proven to myself again that it is worth the time and effort to search for the best companies that I need and can return to.
