James arrived promptly at 8. He then took pictures . He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. It was bitterly cold on Tuesday!! He worked for almost 4 hours not coming in from the cold. He then spent time pairing the garage to my phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. So grateful for the work he did. James Magaard did an excellent job in finding the source of the problem we were having with our garage door. The door didn’t want to go up all the way and he quickly discovered a broken spring was the cause. He repaired it in a timely manner and we were more than pleased! Also clearly communicated the options and the pricing and did excellent work. At the end of the day we opted for a new opener install and replacement of all of our garage door parts, which gives us the peace of mind that we shouldn't have any garage door issues for many years.

My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door when the spring and cable broke on my garage door. I received top notch, excellent service beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment through the completion of the work on my garage door. I was so happy that a technician, James, would be available to begin repairs so quickly! Step by step he thoroughly explained what he would be doing, beginning with surveying the damage, then presenting the options I had to choose from, and what the cost would be for each one. I really appreciated that James visually showed me the parts that were damaged. He did an awesome job of explaining each option and answered all of my questions. Once I decided on the option, James gave me an estimate of time to complete the work. When the work was completed, James showed me everything he had done, and I was amazed how perfectly the door was now operating! It has been a few days now since the work was done, and my garage door is operating so smoothly and quietly! Thank you James! You are an amazing technician! You are so professional and kind. I will recommend Precision in a heart beat!

Great job, done with Precision!! James,our Field Service Technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I had installed several garage openers myself years ago. He made this all look so easy, and I learned alot. He could tell just by looking at it that it was binding in one corner. He adjusted the rail and the opener pressure, and replaced the seals. Done in about an hour, and cost less than I thought it would. Would definitely chose Precision again. ...............Joe

Jim was the service rep that came to our home. Very polite and courteous young man. He knew what to do to get our door back in service and gave us a quote for a new door. I didn’t know ho to call for the repair. Superior Garage Door came up in the internet, read a couple reviews and made the call. . Jim came to service my manual garage door. Prior times I was told that I could not have opener installed because of a support beam in my garage. However , Jim was able to modify the track and install an opener. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with his service.

On August 1, a lift cable on my garage door suddenly pulled loose and the door came down trapping my car in the garage. I contacted Precision and James Magaard arrived promptly the next morning. After assessing the situation, he gave me a quote and proceeded to replace some damaged parts, restrung the cable, balanced the door and got it all working again. I have owned this property for 30 years and the garage door has never worked this well. Thank you James!
