This review is tricky. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. There was an initial miscommunication that caused a big problem and I had to try and navigate their phone system to talk to someone. I was honestly driven pretty crazy. That system is simply awful and the "Central office" person I eventually talked to was pretty miserable. But every local person who contacted me after that point was great. They totally took care of my issue. The technicians were awesome. I'd totally use them again. Just double check your initial details and I think you'll get the exact garage door your looking for installed with care and expertise.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Chris promptly scheduled an assessment to replace our 70+ year old. He provided guidance on the replacement style and materials to align with our needs, not trying to upsell us on products. Our garage required a custom-size which Precision Garage Door was able to order. Justin and Jack removed the old door and installed the new one on one of the hottest days of the summer. They did an excellent job (it was a major feat given the age of the old door). Once installed, we decided we needed a new opener as well. Chris circled back to confirm the order and James installed it within the week. Communication was great and the sales process was easy to navigate. I would recommend the Precision Garage Door team with reservation.

I was told on the phone that pricing for replacing springs started at $250. When the tech looked over my door, everything was OK so all I needed was the springs, but now somehow the price had gone up to $700. Nice scam and I bet it works most of the time, but I got mine done for less than $400.

Nobody ever wants to replace a garage door - you just want it to work. But when it doesn't, call Precision. A tech came out on Memorial Day, helped me get the door open so we could get cars out, and got us a quote and a next day appointment for new opener, rails, springs, cables - basically everything except the door itself. Their parts have a lifetime warranty, transferrable upon sale of the house. I've used a few other garage door services in the past, but I'm done with that now. When my other garage door needs attention, the first and only call I'll make is to Precision.

James and his colleague did a great job and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and excellent job of explaining what was needed. Fixed both doors and lubed up and double checked all rotors and replaced broken bearings. Sounds like brand new and great work on new seals for both doors. Impressed.
