This is the second time they've done work on our garage, and both times it has been great. They show up promptly and give a quote. Then the work is done with no complication. Last time they just repaired some track, this time was new springs and a new opener. Works great. And the Lifetime Warranty is a great bonus. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We have had them fix a garage door spring as well as install openers for both of our garages. Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. I needed help with a stuck garage door and Jonathan Zwart was there in less than three hours. Jonathan also checked everything and gave me several hints to make the door work more efficiently and to prolong the doors life. I was very impressed especially when the original garage door installers said they would be out five days after I called. This was inspite of me telling them my wife had just had knee replacement and if there was an emergency... I'm glad I called Precision.

I had a door that would only go up a few feet. I determined that there must have be a broken spring, although I couldn't see the springs and determined that they must be within the tube shaft.. I called Precision, and they came out within two hours of my call. Jonathan Zwart, the technician explained that I had a Dalton Torquemaster lift assembly which were light duty, and suggested that the entire assembly be replaced. It was evident from the size of the spring that was broken, that the assembly was not suitable Jonathan completed the conversion quickly and answered all my questions.
