The garage door opener was operating erratically, I called Precision Garage Door and asked for appointment the next day. Tech Alex arrived in the am. I explained how the door was operating. Alex made adjustments and the door back working. Alex answered sum question I had. Alex was great to work with.

Open tailgate caught the rising garage door. Noah was pleasant, efficient and did Not talk down to me. He moved things out of the way and lifted the heavy (for me) stuffwindows back in place and offered to move other items back. He was respectful and fun to chat with two minutes.
Thanks for your review, Savanna. It's great to hear that you found our service efficient and respectful. We strive to provide excellent garage door services and ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Precision responded quickly to my request and the technician they sent out was awesome. Very personable, professional and straight forward, he clarified my concerns and then did an assessment of my system. Once completed, he explained the solution to my problem and gave me some other options I could do to improve performance. When I just chose to get the original problem fixed and nothing more, there was no shame or blame. He did the job, left the place clean, and we where all happy with the solution. I'd definitely recommend.

I have been happy with my garage door & opener. Precision always provide excellent service. Timely; explains repairs; very tidy & quality work. Recently I needed a new seal on the door. The technician not only replaced the seal but pointed out many parts that could be updated. The door is fully refurbished. It runs quiet & will last many years. I highly recommend Precision!

Patrick was excellent to work with. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly while giving honest recommendations without any pressure. The repair was done quickly and turned out great. I also really appreciated how fast they were able to come out the same day I chatted with the company online. Patrick even offered his number in case we had any follow-up questions, which was above and beyond. We’ll definitely be using Precision Garage Door again for other repairs we have coming up.
Thanks for your detailed review, Jordan. It's great to hear that Patrick provided thorough and professional service. Quick same-day repairs are what we aim for. Looking forward to assisting you with any future garage door needs.

This is the second time they've done work on our garage, and both times it has been great. They show up promptly and give a quote. Then the work is done with no complication. Last time they just repaired some track, this time was new springs and a new opener. Works great. And the Lifetime Warranty is a great bonus. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We have had them fix a garage door spring as well as install openers for both of our garages. We had a minor issue with the openers, and Madison had a technician come out the same day! Both Gregg and Mike were outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend them to our neighbors and friends!

Adam was great! He had good communication prior to his arrival and explained our options thoroughly. He provided multiple quotes for various services. We ultimately replaced our 30 year old opener and broken springs and it was all done same day. Adam did a great job explaining all the new features when he was finished!

Quick and friendly service. Replaced my broken opener along with my old wood door. The new one is quieter and probably a lot safer since it doesn't have the horrible death springs running along the side.
