The only thing I would change is to have a more precise window of time for arriving. I happened to be home but could have easily missed them while dropping off my daughter at school. The crew was also playing music a bit loudly. It wasn’t excessive and I didn’t mind it, but I wondered if my neighbors might and had to ask during a video meeting whether the person on the meeting could hear it. They couldn’t so I didn’t say anything. The guys were great though and gave some super helpful advice on maintenance and something to help with the gap under part of the door since our floor has sunk and is not level.

He listened exactly to my needs and sold me an in stock door that fit my needs exactly. By the following Friday, a team was here installing.
