Positive 1. Easy to schedule 2. Technician arrived on time Negative 1. No condition report was provided 2. Quotes were discussed over the phone and were not emailed before the work was done. 3. The service fee on the credit card was not communicated earlier 4. The parts roughly cost more than twice what is listed online. Overall, it was expensive. I have the condition report from the previous visit, where all components that were replaced are listed as green. I'm not sure if things need to be totally replaced in a span of two years. End Bearing Plate 12 ga w/Bearing LH - The most expensive item on Amazon is $23, and it was priced at $71 PDS 234x35 - 1-3/4" ID RHW SP Green Powder Coated High Cycle Torsion Spring. Similarly, the Most expensive was $129, which was priced at $330.

This was our first time calling the company for a service request. Our experience with Precision Door MN team and services was great. They placed our service in the schedule. We got a text confirmation and a phone call from the technician to confirm his arrival. He assessed the work needed and solved our garage problem. The job (tension cord and rollers) was done in less than 30 minutes. The people who represent the company over the phone and in person were courteous, professional and helpful. Chad came out this morning to install a new garage opener and tuned up the garage door. I truly appreciate your company and Chads integrity and honesty while checking over the door. He never tried to sell us something we did not need and we are even getting a partial refund due to parts he told us that did not need to be replaced. Scheduling appointment was easy and timely. I actually got same day appointment. Technition was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He described the different garage door openers they had and the differences between them but did not push me to choose the highest priced unit. He let me choose based on my needs. Installed with an hour and the tech spent time going over everything after it was installed and insured I was satisfied. Great experience!

Save yourself a headache and call these guys first, I wish I had! I called another local garage door company first to come out and inspect my garage door. When the tech from the other company arrived, he immediately told me I needed another new garage door opener, and gave me a steep quote. They then contacted me multiple times over a couple days until I found Precision Garage Door. The tech from Precision, Chad, came out (right away) and thoroughly inspected my garage door and my opener, and gently explained that I had a simple issue which he then fixed immediately. He also spent some time giving me pointers on how to keep my garage door operating smoothly and options for future repair needs that may likely arise. And all was covered by the price of their trip charge with no hidden fees! Thanks so much for your honest, thorough assistance, Precision Garage Door! I really appreciated it.
