Precision Garage Door Twin Cities replaced the springs for our garage door a few years ago. When the 20-year-old opener failed recently we called on them again. It was very easy to make a convenient appointment for the next day. The technician, Chad, was personable, professional, and experienced. He installed a new opener, controller, key pad and safety sensors. The quality of his work is a definite improvement compared to the previous installation. He also adjusted the torsion of the coil springs to provide smoother operation.

Our technician was Chad M. He called before he came, was running ahead of schedule and would it be convenient for him to stop by in five minutes. It was. When he arrived, we explained our issues with the operation of the garage door. He listened intently and explained what he was going to do, then provide an estimate and explain our options. We opted to upgrade a few items for safety reasons and then Chad went about his business of completing the agreed upon repairs. Very happy with the entire process from start to finish. I’m still amazed by how seamless it was working with Precision. In truth, I’m writing it down because I still don’t quite believe it. My ancient belt drive finally called it a day and after an attempted home repair somehow made that worse, Precision had an appointment scheduled and the unit totally replaced in under two hours. Chad did an impeccable job installing the unit, replacing some bad wiring from the 20th century, and explaining everything clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect. The person on the phone who set up the appointment was similarly pleasant to work with and a consummate professional. I won’t even consider going with a company other than Precision for anything having to do with my garage in the future. Thanks!
