Precision installed a beautiful new garage door for us. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained the advantage of purchasing from Precision. We only had to wait a couple of days to get our new door installed. That kind of lead time is unheard of these days! Our installers, Jake and Donovan, worked quickly and professionally as they removed the old door and installed the new one. The office staff were helpful, friendly, and professional as they handled our project.

I called and expected to first have to wait on the phone but got someone right away. Second I expected to get an appointment a few days down the road but they were out within hours and Third they were very responsible . It went well. My problem required no parts to fix just labor and knowledge. The young man was personable and with some advice over the phone he was able to re-program the unit and it started to work as it should. I did not know these units could be so touchy in terms of keeping everything oiled etc. When people ask about garage doors I say talk to Precision because they don't just install, they back up their work when needed. The technician did what appeared to be an excellent job of replacing a broken tension spring. However in the last couple days of using the door (the repair occurred less than a week ago) the door has gone askew on its track and now will not close all the way, leaving a small gap.

It was a good and positive experience dealing with your company. Chris, the young technician was very courteous and professional. I v get felt that he was trying to pressure me into any service that I did not want. He laid out the problem and presented a good solution. Chris was our tech, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and found 2 frayed cables that had to be replaced. He cleaned, greased, and added new rollers and the door is much quieter and works better than ever. I had a gap on the bottom of the door and he solved that also. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again.
