My garage door camper broke on a Sunday afternoon so I did a Google search and decided to call Precision Garage Door. They answered promptly on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and said I could fix the door or look into a new door due to rust issues. I opted for the new door option. The technician was super helpful and didn't try to upsell anything to me. The process was super smooth.

We accidentally backed into our garage door and the bottom panel popped off its track, called a different company (A1 garage) they said we needed a new garage door within the first minute of looking at it and that they couldn’t repair it, all it was high pressure sales tactics I had a bad feeling that I that I called the wrong company and then called Precision Garage Door they came out in about an hour and they were able to repair what had happened and we saved thousands of dollars -Chuck was our technician and was great. So if you like great service and like to saving money highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our spring broke this morning and Adam had it fixed by mid afternoon. He was very personable and competetent. He changed cables under our warranty but also told me it was the wrong size springs installed by a previous company that caused the cables to deteriorate early. Now we have a lifetime warranty on our springs. Thank you, Adam.

I contacted a technician to replace a broken torsion spring and extension spring on my garage door. After inspection, I was quoted $4,000 for repair and over $5,000 for a full door replacement with a 3–4 week wait. Due to extreme cold and pressure at the time, I signed the contract. Shortly after the technicians left, I attempted to cancel. However, no one could provide the names of the technicians who came to my home. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hours. I called more than ten times using different phone numbers with no response and also visited the Eden Prairie office, which was closed. I am very disappointed with the company’s lack of communication and business practices.

I called your company, honestly, because they were the first ones on the list of repair shops most to me. Your representative showed up quickly was professional and pleasant He provided me with a complete quotation on what it would take to completely rebuild my garage doors, when my call was to get my one door back up and running because of a broken cable. The one thing he did NOT do was solve my problem. When my issue was a broken $10 cable I was offered a $2100 solution to a lifetime warranty replacement of all hardware, and an additional quote for $7000+ to replace the for all my doors. It was a shameless upsell and left me where I was when I called except for the $49 service fee. I am left with no alternative that to call a competitor to get my one door up and running, and then others for a quote to bring my doors into a like new state. Your company will not be on the list of those who are offered a chance to do those repairs.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Precision came out and gave multiple estimates of what to do. With much explanation of the product and material. Very well explained by my technician Brian, whom was fantastic and personal. He got me up and going within a couple hours on a Tuesday. 2 days later!! Highly recommend and will be using them moving forward

From the sales rep to the installers everyone was kind and explained all steps clearly. The installation crew was especially helpful with items that needed to get beck into the garage. We are thrilled with our new door! The quality is amazing!

Will recommend Precision to anyone who asks or needs a replacement opener. Bryce arrived in a clean company truck while wearing a company identified shirt, Bryce did a full inspection to determine the opener problem. Took pictures. Since motor was kaput, he suggested a replacement. Also identified roller, hinge and track issues. We agreed on a replacement from a LifeMaster with a Genie model. Total cost included system and hinge and roller replacements where needed. Anticipated problems but was extremely relieved to have none. 2 hours well worth it.
