At 5:15 PM, my garage door suddenly jammed and would not close even when disengaged from the opener. Precision immediately found a service provider (Chad) who was available after working hours who showed up within an hour and fixed the door. Otherwise, the garage door would have been opened all night. A true life saver response. BTW, no charge for the service call. Chad kept me informed of his arrival time and called me when finished to discuss the problem identified and fixed. Excellent service has been my experience with Precision throughout my relationship with them.

After a shoddy tune-up by A1 and having their tech tell me I needed somewhere between $1500-$3000 for a sturdy repair and replacing the springs, I decided to get a second opinion/quote from Precision Garage Door and I'm glad I did. Chuck came out, took one look at the door, and said I didn't need all that work. He also noted that with the tune-up they provided, they used the lowest quality materials to replace the rollers and didn't even grease the door. He replaced the rusted cable and the vertical supports with powdered, rust resistant supports as well as the opener connector to help keep the top of the door sturdy and not bowing outward. Saved me $500-$1000 minimum with the repair.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service. I had the seals changed on my garage to eliminate bugs entering. The original guy replace the seals and solve the problem. A few days later it appeared that one of the seals was broken. Another person was sent out onto resolve this issue and that is where the problem started. There now is a gap between the seals and bugs are able to enter.

We needed a specialty designed garage door for our pool house with special size, design and weight limits. Nate was awesome and helped get us the perfect door that fit in our unique 16x 8 pool house with a 12 foot roll up door. My only other minor comment is that my project was a bit more expensive than I originally thought. Called in a broken garage door issue on Sunday afternoon in the Mound area and was repaired same day. Sunday same day service with no extra emergency weekend trip charge - that's a wow!
