Chuck was very congenial, and, I'm sure, an expert. However, I was quoted something in the low $200s to replace the spring on our single garage door, but when he saw the door, the price went up to over $600. The customer service person did say "starting" at $200, but even after asking what it might be, did not indicate anything close to $600. I paid the $85 service fee (which is waived if they do the work) and thanked him for coming. Although I'm sure no one intends this, and I did explain what kind of door it is, it feels like a classic bait and switch.

Chad came out this morning to install a new garage opener and tuned up the garage door. I truly appreciate your company and Chads integrity and honesty while checking over the door. He never tried to sell us something we did not need and we are even getting a partial refund due to parts he told us that did not need to be replaced. Save yourself a headache and call these guys first, I wish I had! I called another local garage door company first to come out and inspect my garage door. When the tech from the other company arrived, he immediately told me I needed another new garage door opener, and gave me a steep quote. They then contacted me multiple times over a couple days until I found Precision Garage Door. The tech from Precision, Chad, came out (right away) and thoroughly inspected my garage door and my opener, and gently explained that I had a simple issue which he then fixed immediately. He also spent some time giving me pointers on how to keep my garage door operating smoothly and options for future repair needs that may likely arise. And all was covered by the price of their trip charge with no hidden fees! Thanks so much for your honest, thorough assistance, Precision Garage Door! I really appreciated it.

I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. Was quick to schedule for next day service, the tech was able to explain things very well, performed a minimal maintenance service to tighten up part of our garage and everything was working great! Very fast, and great pricing. I would definitely use precision again!
