My door spring broke and I made a same day appointment with Precision after a brief search for local garage door service. They came over that morning repaired the door and service our second garage door too. It is expensive but necessary after 16 years of service. I don't expect to call again for at least 16-20 more!

We heard about Precision on Garage Logic and they were as good, No, better than advertised. From the call in, which was one of The best phone service calls I've had in years, to the service tech, Brian, it was a great experience. On time, explained everything to us, provided very quick service and even took the time to teach a couple of old folks how to use the new technology. If I could give 25 stars I would!!! Did a chat on-line (3 min) and informed individual of a broken spring. Service man was assigned and dispatched from Mpls. within 1 hour. Springs, rollers, rails and cables all replaced in 1-1/2 hours. Great service, great job. Very professional with a 3 year warranty. Would highly recommended.

Amazing sums it up! Our service technician, Brian, was a delight. He courteously texted and called to inform us he was on his way. From our issue description, he had the knowledge to pinpoint the issue right away. He was extremely helpful and precise. He opened up the garage door opener and showed me exactly where & why my garage door was making a thump/machine gun noise. He walked me through all check points and actually showed me the concerns/issues we had. He replaced the garage door, opener, rollers, and a bracket. Once the garage door opener was installed, he then walked me through set up, he helped program our universal remote and showed me how to do all steps - educating me on the new tech-savvy garage door opener. I was VERY pleased with Brian’s stellar customer service, and we’d call on him the next time something would arise with our garage door and its functionality. I’m extremely grateful for his service.

Hello, we had a spring on our garage door break last night. I called first thing in the morning for service. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. She was able to book a time between 8-10 am. I was soon notified that Chad would be arriving soon. He showed up a little after 8:00, showed me what had happened, and provided me a detailed listing of what he recommended, as well as the total cost. He was able to quickly fix all issues, and was gone by 9:30-9:44. I can’t thank you enough for the quick response, as well as the excellent work Chad provided! Thanks!

I called after 6pm when my garage door cable broke and was very pleased able to schedule repair for 10am to noon next day. Jonathan and assistant called to ask if could come early, walked through quote in detail and were flexible with solutions, completing job in just over an hour. Very efficient and professional, will use again, but quite expensive in my opinion.

Jonathan called on his way to our home and arrived on time. After the initial inspection he thoroughly explained what was needed to repair the door and why it was needed. He also serviced the garage door opener and made sure it was working properly. Finally, he showed me how to lubricate the hinges and bearings. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, Jonathan did a great job.

Tried a different garage door company I had used in the past for a repair/replacement. That company had not returned a phone message for 3 days. I chose Precision based on other customer reviews and reading the biography. I really thought the pictures of team members and focus on customer safety was huge. Jonathan Zwart was probably the best service provider I have ever seen with household repair. He explained everything perfectly and didn't try to sell me stuff that was unnecessary. He even slapped on my keyless entry in about 30 seconds. Great employee. Needs a raise!
