The large spring on our garage door broke. Precision was able to come the next afternoon and fix it. The two service men were very polite and professional. One of the rollers came off the guide rail, and my garage door was stuck open. Didn’t feel like I could shop around and felt that precision was very pricey. That said they were able to get me in same day two hour window. Alec came at the start of it was very thorough. They do a complete check and gave me three options for service. The work was completed quickly and works just fine. One thing I forgot to mention is when they confirm the appointment it includs a picture of the technician,which I thought was a really nice touch.

It was such a great experience. I messaged them on their website Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Garage door works now. Didn’t appreciate the attempted hard sell for unnecessary “ repairs”. Not a good business practice.
