The large spring on our garage door broke. Precision was able to come the next afternoon and fix it. The two service men were very polite and professional. The Precision Door employees that replaced our door had amazing teamwok. They moved all the new, 16 x 8, insulated door panels and parts and pieces inside and went to work taking down the old, heavy, unisulated door, rails and motor. It was a precise and well organized process. The installers also took time to explain all the features of the new door. Now the door is so quiet that my wife doesn't hear me come home! I had been putting off getting a new door due to cost but their price was very reasonable. My brother has been having problems with his garage door and after seeing mine wilI be contacting Precision for a estimate on his. I highly recommend this company.

Chuck showed up early with my permission first only an hour after I called to request help. He Identified the problem right away and thoroughly explained what my options were for repair. Once I approved of the repairs, he got to work right away and finished sooner than I had expected. He showed me how to program everything and checked to make sure I had no further questions. Chris did a fabulous job explaining my options for a new garage door and was able to give me estimates on the spot, and was able to customize my door to my liking. Donny and Caden installed my garage door very efficiently and were so friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot believe how great my new door looks! See the before (with the pink diamonds) and the after (white door with windows) for yourself! My garage no longer feels like a dungeon, now that I have light coming in!

Great service. They arrived about 3 hours after calling. The tech showed up and was very fast and explained the problem. Had the parts and was done in about 45 mins. Will for sure use them again.
